We're back to a more conventional-sized four-game slate Tuesday after a one-game ledger Monday and three-game cards over the weekend. A couple of former MLB arms that are thriving in the KBO particularly catch my eye, along with several hitters that are in particularly strong positions.
As customary, I'll highlight what I consider to be two of the safer pitching options at different price points, followed by some one-off hitters across the salary scale that could also prove profitable for cash games and/or tournaments. I'll then recommend two stacks that I trust the most to potentially string some above-average offensive numbers together and pay off for you in tournaments.
Pitchers
Andrew Suarez ($9,400) has gone only two innings apiece while working in relief the last two starts, but he should operate as a conventional starter Tuesday. The left-hander has enjoyed plenty of success against Landers this season, posting a 1.50 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and .231 BAA across five appearances (four starts), leading to an average of 16.8 DK points per outing in that sample. Suarez has also been very good on the road, where he owns a 4-1 record, 2.70 ERA, .216 BAA and average of 17.9 DK points per start. SSG has been a very formidable home offense all season, but Suarez has already proven capable of taming them on multiple occasions.
David Buchanan ($8,200) checks into Tuesday's matchup against Kia with plenty of momentum, as the former MLB right-hander has posted 23 and 29.3 DK points in his last two starts. Buchanan has been a bit more hittable on the road than at home, but he's absolutely stymied Tigers bats in two starts against Kia, posting a 2-0 record, 0.73 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and .213 BAA while putting up 28 DK points per start. The Tigers have also been a particularly poor hitting team at home, averaging a co-KBO-low 4.0 runs and 7.7 hits per home contest.

Top Targets
Ja Wook Koo ($5,300) boasts a .304/.362/.514 slash line with 54 XBH and 82 RBI on the season, leading to an average of 10.2 DK points per contest. Koo has also raked against Kia pitching all season, furnishing a .345 average, .939 OPS, three home runs and nine RBI across 13 games. Additionally, Tigers starter Joong Hyun Yoon has pitched to plenty of contact, allowing 65 hits over 61.2 innings while allowing a .277 average to opposing hitters.
Jae Hwan Kim ($4,800) has been lethal versus Wiz pitching all season, posting a .391 average, 1.167 OPS and average of 11.5 DK points per contest across 13 games. Kim has shown plenty of pop overall, posting 48 XBH, 94 RBI and a .346 average with runners in scoring position. Meanwhile, Wiz starter William Cuevas has pitched to a 4.64 ERA in 12 road starts, and to a 9.16 ERA, .321 average and 1.88 WHIP across four starts versus Doosan.
Hyun Soo Kim ($4,100) sports a very appealing salary for a player with a well-balanced .292/.380/.457 slash line that includes 39 XBH and 79 RBI. Kim has been a completely different hitter on the road as well, where he's generated a .357 average, 1.002 OPS and average of 9.5 DK points across 55 games. He's also hit .333 with five homers and 10 RBI across 14 games versus Landers pitching, and SSG starter Min Jun Choi has pitched to a 5.79 ERA, 1.70 WHIP and .279 BAA across 72.1 innings this season.
Bargain Bats
Woo Hyun Song ($4,000) is averaging 7.3 DK points per contest on the strength of a .296/.370/.416 slash line across 69 games. The second-year pro is hitting an outstanding .361 with runners in scoring position, and he's hitting a blistering .353 with a 1.022 OPS and average of 9.5 DK points per contest across his last 10 games. What's more, Song has been excellent against Dinos pitching, posting a .448 average 1.101 OPS and average of 10.9 DK points across eight games.

Stacks to Consider
Bears vs. William Cuevas: Jose Fernandez ($4,700); Kun Woo Park ($4,700); Jae Hwan Kim ($4,800); Suk Hwan Yang ($4,500)
Cuevas' struggles on the road and against Doosan in particular were already enumerated earlier in Kim's entry, and it's also worth noting the Bears are averaging a robust 5.2 runs, 9.2 hits and an impressive .270 team batting average.
Fernandez is enjoying another fine season where he's slashing .317/.392/.453 with 36 XBH and 75 RBI. He's also hitting .343 across 60 home games, and he's hit .362 in 12 games against Wiz pitching this season.
Park's stellar season includes a .336 average, .860 OPS and average of 8.3 DK points, with a line that includes 50 RBI and 12 stolen bases. Park has been outstanding at home with a .370 average and 1.006 OPS over 12 games versus Wiz pitching, and he's also hit .370 in 12 games against Wiz pitching.
Kim's positive attributes were covered earlier in his entry, while Yang packs the most power of the stack with 48 XBH and 91 RBI. He's also a big strikeout risk, but his upside makes him worthy of consideration for tournaments and he also checks in hitting .324 across his last 10 games.
