DraftKings LoL: Saturday Cheat Sheet
Team SoloMid have the nicest matchup of the day, but you're going to be limited in just how much you can invest in them as their players are priced quite highly. Immortals, EnVyUs, and Counter Logic Gaming are also priced as favorites in their matchups, but I like Team Liquid today at their cheap prices and coming off of a big win over Cloud9. I'm all in on Team Liquid and with the savings garnered from using them you can grab your choice of Immortals or Team SoloMid players in good matchups.
Top Lane: Lourlo (TL vs. nV, $6,000)
I want to get my share of Team Liquid exposure today and although I don't really love using Lourlo, his cheap salary allows me to get some TSM carry exposure. Lourlo is not really a safe pick as he isn't the carry style top laner we'd love to get into our lineups, but at $6,000 he has the potential to get to 10+ assists in at least one game.
Jungle: Dardoch (TL vs. nV , $5,600)
Remember last split when Dardoch was a dominant jungler? He could be coming back into form and at this cheap of a price, his upside is huge. He played three Rek'Sai games last night and piled up the assists, but he always has the opportunity to pull out a carry jungler as well and that's what we're hoping for.
Middle Lane: Bjergsen (TSM vs. P1, $8,300)
Easiest matchup of the day for TSM's mid laner. Bjergsen is back to his carry days, most of the time, and should put up a big total today. The only concern is if TSM smash P1 quickly, limiting the amount of kills. If you have any concerns I'd pivot to Pobelter or Fenix on the cheap.
ADC: Doublelift (TSM vs. P1, $8,300)
Like Bjergsen, this is the best matchup of the day. Similar concerns as above, so if you want to pivot I'd go for WildTurtle. Doublelift should be involved in the majority of kills for TSM and there could be a lot.
Support: Matt (TL vs. nV, $4,900)
Matt is cheap, but definitely has the potential for 10+ assists multiple times. I'm not sure who's playing at AD Carry today, but either way Matt is a high upside support at a low cost. I can't pay up for Adrian or Biofrost, but both are in great situations.
Team: TL vs. nV ($4,100)
I'm all in on Team Liquid, as you can tell, and although they haven't been great they're coming off of a big win last night against C9. nV won last night as well and have had an excellent start to their season, but most of their wins have been against bottom tier teams. This can go either way and should be close, but for the savings I like Team Liquid.
