2025 Fantasy Outlook
Martin saw expanded playing time for the first time in his career last season. His only previous NBA regular-season action came during his rookie season in 2022-23, when he played 16 games for the Hawks, averaging 4.1 minutes per game. Martin started 11 of his 60 appearances during his first season in Brooklyn, playing 21.9 minutes a night. He wasn't very efficient overall (40.6 percent), but he made a respectable 35.1 percent of his 4.7 three-point attempts per game. Cam Thomas and Michael Porter will run the offense in 2025-26, with Nic Claxton in the paint. However, beyond that, this rotation is a mess. Terance Mann and Haywood Highsmith are the veterans of the group at 28 years old and may have sizable roles, but will the Nets prioritize minutes for their five first-round draft picks? Noah Clowney, Ziaire Williams, Jalen Wilson and Martin are also returning wing players who deserve another look after solid performances last season. Martin will have to earn every minute this season, but if he solidifies himself in the rotation again and improves upon last season, a top-250 finish could be within reach. Read Past Outlooks
Set to sign two-way deal with 76ers
The 76ers plan to sign Martin to a two-way contract Monday, Derek Bodner of AllPHLY.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Philadelphia has a vacant two-way roster spot after choosing to convert Jabari Walker to a standard deal. Martin is now set to join the 76ers as depth on the wing, but he's more likely to see steady work in the G League with the Delaware Blue Coats. Before being cut loose by the Nets earlier this year, Martin averaged 7.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 18.8 minutes per contest over 37 games.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
The Hawks spent the 51st overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft on Martin. A knockdown shooter with good size, Martin drilled 43.0 percent of his three-point attempts as a senior at UConn last season. At age 23, he's one of the oldest players in the draft. Martin will likely have to battle to make the Hawks' final roster ahead of the 2022-23 season and could spend time in the G League.
