Fans won't have to wait too much longer to see more ELEAGUE action, as the ELEAGUE Premier is coming back in just a few months this Summer.
Kicking off on July 21, the 2018 ELEAGUE Premier will see a change in format from previous ELEAGUE events. Whereas the events used to proceed with four separate group stages, this time around will be just eight teams invited to participate in a double-elimination, best-of-three bracket. The initial matches will take place over the course of five days from July 21-25 where four teams will be advance to the semifinals set to take place on July 28. Everything will culminate in the grand finals on Sunday, July 29.
It was also announced that the Premier will be live on Twitch after a deal was made between Turner/IMG and Twitch. No teams have yet been announced, nor has a prize pol been revealed.
The reigning 2017 Premier Champions, FaZe Clan, will look to come back and claim their title once again as the mixed Europeans got the share of the $1,000,000 prize pool.
