Nick Whalen: Spurs @ Pelicans OVER 237.0pts -- DK Sportsbook, noon

Is 237 points a lot of points? Yes, it is. But these are two of the top five teams in the league in terms of hitting the over. San Antonio has gone over in 61.9% of its games, while New Orleans is close behind at 56.8%. The Pels have also hit the over in seven of 11 games as a home favorite -- they're -3.5 tonight -- and they lead the league with a 62.5 over percentage coming off of a win. After putting 126 points on the Grizzlies in Memphis on Monday, I expect them to come out an even more aggressive team offensively with Zion Williamson in the mix.

Alex Barutha: Wizards (+9.5) @ Heat -- DK Sportsbook, 2:46 PM

I found it especially tough to find a game to target Wednesday, as I think most of the spreads are spot on. But I ended up landing on Washington at Miami despite the Heat being excellent at home.

Though there's a good chance Goran Dragic, Jimmy Butler and Duncan Robinson all play, they're a bit beat up considering their presence on the injury report. As a result, it wouldn't be surprising if Miami exerted as little effort as possible to come out with a victory here. Plus, Miami has had a heavy schedule lately, as this will be their fifth game since last Wednesday. Monday's game against the Kings also went into overtime.

While the Wizards don't inspire total confidence, they aren't a train-wreck. That's not a ringing endorsement -- I know -- but they're doing something right to have the 11th-best offense in the NBA, and they're 6-3 ATS when underdogs between 7.5 and 9.5 points. If you're feeling especially confident, you can hope for a win and get a pretty nice +400 (or close to) at a variety of sportsbooks.
