FORWARDS/MIDFIELDERS

Cristiano Ronaldo, JUV v. POR ($23): Ronaldo didn't do much in the first leg, but that doesn't matter for the second meeting. He has four goals in his last three league starts and has the best odds to hit the back of the net on the slate. There's little reason not to use him in cash games given his odds to score, and he had more than 10 floor points last meeting. He came off the bench over the weekend, which means he should be rested and ready for a full 90 against Porto, who have a couple injuries on their back line. Picking another Juventus player may be the difficult part unless you're a big fan of Alvaro Morata ($19). He was benched in recent league matches until he bagged a brace and assisted against Lazio over the weekend. Stacking those two makes the most sense for GPPs, but that'll also likely be the most popular strategy. Federico Chiesa ($16) and Adrien Rabiot ($14) are possibilities, but you're banking on them to make the score-sheet again. Chiesa makes the most sense of the two because of his role on set pieces.

Erling Haaland, DOR v. SEV ($22): Haaland picked up an ankle issue over the weekend, but he should be ready Tuesday. Similar to Ronaldo, it'll be

Cristiano Ronaldo, JUV v. POR ($23): Ronaldo didn't do much in the first leg, but that doesn't matter for the second meeting. There's little reason not to use him in cash games given his odds to score, and he had more than 10 floor points last meeting.

Similar to Ronaldo, it'll be hard not to use him in cash games given his goal potency. He scored a brace before leaving injured against Bayern Munich and dominated the first meeting with Sevilla, totaling 63.2 fantasy points. He has multiple shots on target in his last six starts in all competitions, and while Sevilla are known for defense, that didn't matter in the first leg. Plus, they just gave up two goals to lowly Elche in league play and lost to Barcelona before that. Assuming Haaland is healthy, there's no one else on the team who comes close to his upside, especially with Jadon Sancho out. Thorgan Hazard ($15) is worth a look because of position, but he's recently back from injury and won't go a full 90. Marco Reus ($17) could be on set pieces, but it's been a long time since he was reliable in fantasy. If anything, going for one of the defensive midfielders may be the best route to save money, like Mahmoud Dahoud ($10) or Thomas Delaney ($7). It's not fun, but that's what two-game slates present.

Joan Jordan, SEV at DOR ($13): There's not a ton to like from Sevilla in terms, and that's why I'm stuck writing about Jordan. Youssef En-Nesyri ($19) is goal or bust, while Alejandro Gomez ($17) won't play a full 90 and had a floor of 2.6 fantasy points in the first leg. Even without an exclusive role on set pieces, Jordan at least provides a reliable floor because of defensive stats, often hitting around 10 points (he had 9.5 in the first leg). Of course, if you're backing Sevilla to win, you'll likely focus on their forwards for GPPs. In addition to the above, Lucas Ocampos ($9) is back from injury and a decent discount. If he starts, he could be popular in cash games, though he managed 5.6 points in 90 minutes against Elche over the weekend. Similar to his teammates, he has almost no floor.

Sergio Oliveira, POR v. JUVE ($15): Porto played great in the first meeting, but while Moussa Marega ($17) and Mehdi Taremi ($15) combined for two goals, they also only took three total shots. Without much of a floor, it'll be hard to use either in cash games. That's why Oliveira remains the best option after hitting a floor of 18 points in the first leg, supplying four shots and nine crosses. As a team, Porto had eight shots and six chances created, and that came in a win. Now away from home, Porto players may have lower floors. Guys like Otavio ($13) and Matheus Uribe ($12) could have a floor close to 10 points because of a defensive stats, but it makes more sense to back a defensive midfielder on one of the favorites, especially if their prices are similar, like Aaron Ramsey ($10) or Arthur ($7).

DEFENDERS

Zaidu Sanusi, POR at JUV ($8): Sanusi is the cheapest projected starting defender and could be the most popular because of that. He's scored 9.5 fantasy points in all seven Champions League matches and should get plenty of work against Juventus, who are in need of at least one goal. There are few reasons not to use Sanusi unless you think he gets hurt and subs off in the first half.

Mats Hummels, BVB v. SEV ($13): All Porto defenders are in play because of the matchup, but there are other options. If you have money, Hummels might have the highest floor of any defender on the slate, hitting double-digit fantasy points in 12 of his last 14 starts in all competitions. Juan Cuadrado ($15) and Alex Sandro ($14) provide a touch more upside, but they're more expensive and don't have guaranteed floors. Similar to the Porto defenders, Hummels and Emre Can ($9) will get plenty of work because Sevilla need goals.

GOALKEEPER

Agustin Marchesin, POR at JUV ($8): Betting on the favored goalkeepers in the first leg didn't work, so there's no reason to spend on them again. Wojciech Szczesny ($14) could be set for a win and clean sheet, but it's not like Juve completely outplayed Porto in the first meeting, and if they're pushing for a goal the entire way, Porto will undoubtedly have opportunities. I'd rather go with Marwin Hitz ($11) or Marchesin, both of whom should get plenty of work. Unless Ronaldo scores in the first five minutes, Marchesin should get worked the majority of the match, which should lead to multiple saves. He made eight saves in two matches against Manchester City in the group stage, and that's a good projection to this matchup, as well.
