10:00 a.m: Chelsea v. Bournemouth
10:00 a.m: Everton v. Huddersfield
10:00 a.m: Crystal Palace v. Southampton

10:00 a.m: West Ham v. Wolverhampton
12:30 p.m: Manchester City v. Newcastle
FORWARDS
Sergio Aguero, MCI v. NEW ($12,500): Aguero should be on the majority of rosters no matter what kind of game you're playing. He may cost the most, but he has the highest upside and one of the best floors. He bagged a hat trick the last time he saw Newcastle (January) and has the best odds for a goal on this slate. While he hasn't scored in two away matches, he still scored at least 13 fantasy points due to chances created and shots on goal. There's no reason not to use him, especially with forwards like Cenk Tosun ($11,500) and Pedro ($11,000) next in line. If Gabriel Jesus ($11,000) starts I'd also throw him in the mix and may even try to use both Man City forwards if possible.
Aleksandar Mitrovic, FUL at BHA ($9,500): I have Mitrovic slightly above Wilfried Zaha ($10,000) due to his higher floor. Mitrovic is cheaper and more of a front man for Fulham, with seven shots on goal compared to Zaha's four. The only way Zaha has made value has been through two goals, and if he doesn't score he'll likely fail to reach 10 fantasy points. Mitrovic could be in that category, but in the matches not against Spurs, he's gotten multiple looks on net. If you want to go cheaper and stay with Fulham, Luciano Vietto ($7,500) could be a smart play, though he may be over owned due to his last performance.
Christian Benteke, CRY v. SOU ($7,000): If you want to go really cheap, Benteke could be a nice GPP play with decent goal odds. He has seven shots (three on goal) and Crystal Palace's only home match came against Liverpool. Benteke didn't do much last season, but he scored 15 goals two seasons ago, and if there were a spot to find his scoring boots, this would be it. Almost half of the shots Southampton have allowed have been on goal (17 of 38) and that's where Benteke enters. There isn't anyone else in the price range with the same upside, while Glenn Murray ($8,000) is only priced higher because he scored once.
MIDFIELDERS
Gylfi Sigurdsson, EVE v. HUD ($9,500): There are better and more expensive midfielders if you're looking for a GPP play, but Sigurdsson may be the safest. In addition to costing less, his floor is one of the best thanks to chances created, interceptions and tackles. A home match against an iffy Huddersfield back line should produce a similar stat line to what Sigurdsson had against Southampton when he reached 24.5 fantasy points, and that was without making the score sheet. David Silva ($11,500) and Raheem Sterling ($11,000) have huge upsides, but Man City's scoring comes from numerous places and neither are guaranteed for 90 minutes. Eden Hazard ($11,500) continues to produce, but his floor is low due to his main trait being fouls drawn, which no longer count for anything on FanDuel.
Felipe Anderson, WHU v. WOL ($8,000): Due to injuries around the squad, Felipe was in more of an attacking role last match against Arsenal and it led to his best fantasy outing. Not only did he assist, but also finished with his first two shots of the season to go with three chances created. At home against a weaker opponent, expect similar production from Felipe in addition to a couple tackles and interceptions. A lot of the other players in this range are defensive midfielders, though I'd put Andros Townsend ($8,000) on the same level as Felipe with a floor around 10 fantasy points.
Mohamed Elyounoussi, SOU at CRY ($7,500): Instead of recommending a cheap midfielder that has a floor (and ceiling) of 10 fantasy points like
DEFENDERS
Cesar Azpilicueta, CHE v. BOU ($6,500): The only way to grab Benjamin Mendy ($8,000) or Marcos Alonso ($7,500) is to punt at another position. Both are averaging more than 22 fantasy points per match, but their floors just aren't high enough for that salary level. Sure, they've had some big outings, but even with a clean sheet you may be only looking at 15 fantasy points, and in Alonso's case, less than that. If you want to spend at defender, Azpilicueta provides the same floor as the others but costs much less. He'll get forward, as seen in the eight crosses the last two matches, but he adds on as many defensive stats as Alonso.
Fabian Schar, NEW at MCI ($5,500): The goal with a cheap defender is to find one who has a chance of reaching 10 clearances. Considering that Schar had seven last match and Man City force the third-most clearances in the league (87), there's potential. Jamaal Lascelles ($5,000) goes into this spot if he starts, or if you need to save money, DeAndre Yedlin ($5,000) had an impressive performance against Chelsea with five clearances and four tackles.
Joel Ward, CRY v. SOU ($4,500): Ward is my favorite defender play because he's priced as a substitute and averages 9.8 points per match. However, that number includes the 11 minutes he played as a substitute, and now that he's expected to start for the suspended Aaron Wan-Bissaka, asking for nine clearances and five tackles again may not be too big of a request.
GOALKEEPER
Ederson, MCI v. NEW ($5,500): There continues to be little separating the best and worst goalkeepers in terms of pricing, and that means I'll keep backing the big favorites. Ederson's downside is that he doesn't make any saves, and that's what happened the last two matches when he totaled five fantasy points. Still, City have allowed just three shots on goal in the last two and Newcastle's attack hasn't shown much, already being held scoreless by Cardiff. With great win and clean sheet odds, Ederson is slightly easier to back than Kepa Arrizabalaga ($5,500). If you're looking to save money, Jordan Pickford ($5,000) is still hoping for his first clean sheet, while Jonas Lossl ($4,500) could be good for four or five saves.
