New York Giants
2024 Fantasy Outlook
As a rookie, Hyatt had two great games. He had 89 yards in Week 2 and 109 yards in Week 12. As a player with excellent speed who can win downfield, those games weren’t a surprise. Otherwise, it should be noted that the Giants used three quarterbacks while also having one of the worst offensive lines in the league. Also, Darius Slayton played a similar role to Hyatt, but Slayton was more consistent. Those factors didn’t help Hyatt. Aside from the big games, the receiver had 10 or fewer yards in 10 games. Based on what we saw last year, projecting Hyatt to be a difference maker in 2024 may be a stretch. Read Past Outlooks

Hyatt totaled four catches (on four targets) for 39 yards in Sunday's overtime loss to Carolina in Germany.
ANALYSIS
Coming into Sunday, Hyatt had managed just one catch (on eight targets) for six yards on the campaign. The second-year wideout finally put together some meaningful production against the Panthers, ranking third on the Giants in receiving yards while tying for third in receptions. Nearly half of Hyatt's yardage came on a 19-yard deep catch down the middle in the second quarter, though he also drew a pass-interference penalty in the first quarter that netted New York 43 yards. It's also worth noting that quarterback Daniel Jones turned to Hyatt three times with less than two minutes remaining in the fourth, and Hyatt caught all three of his targets on that drive to help set up a game-tying Graham Gano field goal. Hyatt's performance could lead to more looks in the passing game following the team's Week 11 bye, but he probably isn't going to reach the 73 percent offensive snap share he logged Sunday if all three of the receivers above him in the pecking order -- Malik Nabers, Darius Slayton (who was sidelined against Carolina due to a concussion) and Wan'Dale Robinson -- are healthy.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Hyatt landed in an interesting situation when the Giants traded up to take him in the third round of this year's draft. On one hand, New York isn't exactly loaded with blue-chip wideouts -- Isaiah Hodgins, Darius Slayton and Parris Campbell appear to be the team's top options heading into camp. On the other hand, the team already has a young receiver who operates primarily out of the slot (as Hyatt did in college) in 2022 second-rounder Wan'Dale Robinson, and returning veteran Sterling Shepard also can play that role. That said, Hyatt is the most explosive playmaker of the bunch, running a 4.40 40 at 6-0, 176, so the Tennessee product could see plenty of targets as the vertical threat quarterback Daniel Jones sorely lacked last season.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Larger role possible Week 5
WRNew York Giants
October 3, 2024
Hyatt could see an expanded role in Week 5 against the Seahawks, as Malik Nabers didn't practice Wednesday and remains in concussion protocol after exiting last Thursday's loss to the Cowboys, per Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com.
ANALYSIS
Hyatt has complained about his lack of playing time, to the point that he reportedly requested a trade earlier in the season, but the 2023 third-round draft pick has an opportunity to step up against a Seattle secondary that failed to force a single incomplete pass in Monday's loss to the Lions. If Nabers doesn't clear concussion protocol by Sunday, Hyatt would likely start on the outside opposite Darius Slayton while Wan'Dale Robinson mans the slot, assuming Robinson can play through the heel injury that limited his practice participation Wednesday.
