FanDuel Fantasy Football: Week 14 Picks

This article is part of our FanDuel Fantasy Football series.

QUARTERBACK

DeShone Kizer, CLE vs. GB ($6,400): The Browns have a legitimate shot at winning this week against the Packers as only three-point underdogs. Kizer's ability to use his legs earns him extra fantasy points and he now has receiving threats in Corey Coleman, Josh Gordon and David NJoku. Green Bay is a good matchup as it's in the bottom half of the league for fantasy points allowed to the quarterback.

RUNNING BACK

Kerwynn Williams, ARI vs. TEN ($5,000): Williams logged a full practice Thursday while Adrian Peterson was absent once again, suggesting Williams will be the lead back for the Cardinals again this week. He managed 97 yards last week on only 16 carries and looked better than Peterson has this season. It was disappointing the goal-line work went to Elijhaa Penny, but Kerwynn's volume should set his floor at about double-digit points. Gio Bernard ($5,100) is another excellent option that will be very chalky in cash if Joe Mixon is out.

Mike Davis, SEA at JAC ($5,500):
Davis finished Sunday' with 20 touches for 101 yards and got the team's only goal-line carry. He's also a capable receiver, and his price doesn't reflect the role of a starting running back with little competition. Jacksonville has improved drastically on defense but is better against the pass than the run (the Jaguars are league average in allowing fantasy points to running backs.

WIDE RECEIVER

Marvin Jones Jr., DET at TB ($7,000): Jones has been fantastic lately, highlighted by a fantastic game against Xavier Rhodes and the Vikings on Thanksgiving. Jones now has at least 85 receiving yards in six of his last seven games, scoring five touchdowns in that span. This week it's a great matchup as the Buccaneers have given up the most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. That puts Golden Tate ($6,800) in play as well. Just double check that Matthew Stafford isn't a late scratch with his hand injury.

Michael Crabtree, OAK at KC ($7,100):
Crabtree looks to be in a good spot Sunday with Amari Cooper likely out. This should clear the way for him to get double-digit targets, something he had in three of his last five games with Cooper. It helps also that Marcus Peters is suspended for this game as he's considered the Chiefs' top corner. Crabtree has at least 9.9 fantasy points in seven of his nine games, giving him a solid floor. Only consider Crabtree if Cooper (ankle) is out as expected.

TIGHT END
Stephen Anderson, HOU vs. SF ($4,500):
Anderson started last week and finished with a 12-5-79-1 line in a loss to the Titans as quarterback Tom Savage looked competent. The matchup this week is much easier at home against the 49ers. Anderson should have plenty of room to work over the middle with teams zeroed in on stopping DeAndre Hopkins on the outside. San Francisco is a good example of how not to tackle, allowing at least 20 points in seven of the last eight games.

KICKER

Harrison Butker, KC vs. OAK ($4,800): Butker quietly has been one of the better kickers this season, making 24 of 26 field-goal attempts. The Chiefs looked to be in sync last week against the Jets, and it's possible that it worked for Andy Reid to give up the play calling. Kansas City should have no trouble moving the ball up and down the field on the Raiders, who are one of the league's worst defenses.

DEFENSE

Buffalo Bills vs. IND ($5,300): It's not tough to pick the highest-priced team on any given week, but it's likely the Bills have a low ownership due to the high price. This appears to be a good spot for them; they'll likely try to control the game with Nathan Peterman under center by running the ball with LeSean McCoy. A high of 24 degrees is forecasted for Buffalo on Sunday, and the Colts aren't used to that weather considering they play in a dome. The Bills are tied for seventh in the league with 20 takeaways while the Colts have allowed a league-high 51 sacks.
