The NFL Divisional Round concludes Sunday with the Patriots hosting the Texans and the Rams taking on the Bears. Points might be difficult to come by in the first game, but we could see more offense in the second. Let's examine the Sunday FanDuel NFL DFS slate and highlight some of the top players to consider when crafting your lineups.
The Games
| Over-Under | Road Team | Road Team Total | Home Team | Home Team Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40.5 | Texans | 19.5 | Patriots | 21.5 |
| 48.5 | Rams | 26.5 | Bears | 22.5 |
The matchup between the Rams and Bears has the highest total, and the Rams have the highest team total by a significant margin.
Value Options
Jayden Higgins, HOU at NE ($6,000): Nico Collins (concussion) has yet to practice this week, and his absence would be a huge blow to the Texans, considering he led the team in targets (120) and receiving yards (1,117) this season. Higgins, who had three catches for 39 yards against the Steelers last week, has performed well with Collins out of the lineup: in Week 8, Higgins caught four of eight targets for 34 yards and a touchdown without Collins on the field, and then he hauled in two of five targets for 23 yards and another touchdown in Week 18 when Collins was out. At his cheap salary, Higgins at least provides upside.
Blake Corum, LAR at CHI ($5,900): Corum had almost as many rushing attempts (11) as Kyren Williams (13) did last week versus the Panthers, finishing with 45 rushing yards as well as two receptions for 13 yards. Including last week, Corum has received at least 11 rushing attempts in five of his last six games, scoring four touchdowns during that stretch. With a significant role likely in hand, Corum could generate good value.
Other Value Options
RB TreVeyon Henderson, NE vs. HOU ($6,300)
WR Christian Kirk, HOU at NE ($6,100)
WR Luther Burden III, CHI vs. LAR ($5,900)
TE Dalton Schultz, HOU at NE ($5,300)
Stacks to Consider
Chicago Bears vs. Los Angeles Rams
The Bears have shown that they can never be counted out in a game, and Caleb Williams ($7,800) is the main reason why. He led the Bears to yet another comeback win last week to knock the Packers out of the playoffs. He attempted 48 passes in the victory, throwing for 361 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. That was his sixth straight game with two touchdown passes. Despite the expected cold weather for this game, Williams is difficult to fade with how well he is playing.
The top option to stack with Williams is tight end Colston Loveland ($6,000), who thrived in his first playoff game, catching eight passes for 137 yards on 15 targets, his third straight game with at least 10 passes thrown his way. And he's doing plenty with those looks, with at least six receptions and 91 yards in each of those games.
High-Price Hero
D'Andre Swift, CHI vs. LAR ($6,700): Swift scored a touchdown against the Packers last week to go along with his 92 total yards, which marked his third straight campaign with at least 1,250 total yards. He also tied his career high with 10 touchdowns. His skillset could prove to be troublesome for the Rams, who allowed the eighth-most receptions to running backs during the regular season.
The Smash Spot
Puka Nacua, LAR at CHI ($9,900): The Rams targeted Nacua a staggering 18 times against the Panthers last week, as he finished with 10 receptions for 111 receiving yards and one touchdown. He also added a rushing touchdown. Meanwhile, The Bears permitted the third-most yards per target to wide receivers (9.32) this season, making Nacua someone to consider building your entire lineup(s) around.
