Games (EDT)

• 9:00 a.m: Hard Legion (HL) vs. Virtus.pro (VP)
• 9:00 a.m: Espada (ESP) pro100 (pro)
• 9:00 a.m: Syman (SYM) vs. Natus Vincere (NaVi)
• 12:30 p.m: mousesports (mouz) vs. GODSENT (GOD)
• 12:30 p.m: FaZe Clan (FaZe) vs. Copenhagen Flames (CPHF)

Hard Legion (1-2) vs. Virtus.Pro (2-1)

The first match of the day comes from the ESL Road to Rio CIS division, with Hard Legion looking to improve against a strong Virtus.Pro side. Virtus.Pro, who had a slow start, have seen key performances from superstar AWPer Jame help turn their group stage run around. Coming in with a 2-1 record, VP will look to solidify their standing, and against a Hard Legion side struggling for form, make a statement that they are still one of the top CIS teams around. Especially important will be Jame and qikert, with both looking to stay at top form with the playoffs looming large. Hard Legion will look towards kinqie and Forester as they try and upset the stars of VP. Forester will need to continue providing the spark for Hard Legion, posting a 1.10 rating and 79.5 ADR over the last three months, if they want to match the firepower from VP. The value from this match should come from a strong showing and the individual style of VP, with a statement game the goal.

Espada (1-2) vs. pro100 (2-1)

The second match on the early block is between Espada and pro100, with both teams looking to move to a 3-1 record and a spot in the RTR playoffs. Espada come in off a victory over Hard Legion, taking the series 2-0, and looking to build on that result. pro100, on the other hand, fell 2-0 to Na'Vi but will look to resume their winning ways against pro100. This match looks to be a head-to-head between two rising stars of the CIS region, with degster and YEKINDAR both looking to put their marks on the match. With both players coming in on a run of fine form, this match could also prove to be one of the closest of the day. The difference between the two sides could come down to depth and experience, and if Espada want to take the victory, degster will need support from FinigaN and Dima, who both have struggled of late.

• Pro Players to Target: YEKINDAR ($13,200 Captain, $8,800 Flex)

Syman (1-2) vs. Natus Vincere (2-1)

The third match of the early block is between Natus Vincere and Syman, with Na'vi looking to top the group and take what would be an expected victory. Syman bring plenty of firepower to the table, with n0rb3r7 and Keoz both in fine form alongside a resurgence from mou. Meanwhile, Na'vi have an abundance of fire power, with s1mple and electronic two of the best players on the planet. If Syman want to shock the world, and Na'vi, they will need a simply impossible performance, with Na'vi looking to move to 3-1 and top the group. The value in this match could come from the depth of Na'vi, with firepower up and down the line up looking to put up a big performance.

• NaVi Players to Target: s1mple ($15,600 Captain, $10,400 Flex), electronic ($10,800 Captain, $7,200 Flex)

mousesports (2-3) vs. GODSENT (3-2)

The later block opens with a middle-of-the-table match between mousesports and GODSENT,a with both teams looking to take one of the last available playoff spots. mousesports have struggled in ESL Road to Rio, with the world no. 4's looking out of sorts as they fell to a 2-3 record. GODSENT, on the other hand, have been the surprise of the group by going 3-2, and despite coming in on the back of a loss to a red-hot FaZe Clan, will be hopeful against mousesports. With Maden and zehN in solid form, GODSENT are a threat to any team, and with woxic seemingly struggling as of late, ropz and Frozen will look to lead mousesports once more. The deciding factor in this match will be STYKO, who has been taking charge for GODSENT, and he will look to provide the star power they need. The value in this match could come from a resurgence from woxic, who on his day is one of the very best AWPers in the world.

FaZe Clan (5-0) vs. Copenhagen Flames (3-2)

The final match of the day is between the Danes of Copenhagen Flames, against the international side of FaZe Clan, who come in a perfect 5-0. FaZe Clan have dominated on the back of excellent team performances with NiKo, broky and coldzera all putting up stunning numbers. If Copenhagen Flames want to match the fire power, they will have to look to Farlig and Refrezh, the two stars of the team, to help take the upset victory. This match could be one of the most one-sided of the day, as FaZe Clan, and their superstars, will look to put another statement performance forward as they climb the world rankings. Copenhagen Flames could provide excellent fantasy value if they managed to pull off the upset, though with FaZe in such high-flying form, they will be on the back foot from minute one.
