The Seattle Seahawks will take on the Los Angeles Rams for the third time this season. This gives prop bettors a unique opportunity, as there's a ton of data to analyze about this matchup. The two teams are 1-1 against each other this season, and Seattle is favored by 2.5 points in the rubber match.

Kenneth Walker – Rushing Yards: OVER 86.5 (-114)
Zach Charbonnet went down with a torn ACL last week. That would've been a brutal blow for Seattle earlier this year, but Kenneth Walker's resurgence should help offset that loss. Walker has reached at least 97 rushing yards in three of his last four appearances, including a 100-yard outing against the Rams in Week 16. Now, he has the backfield all to himself.
Walker has only played one game without Charbonnet this season. It wasn't pretty. He was held to 38 rushing yards on 16 carries against the New Orleans Saints. But that's not as concerning as you might think. Brandon Staley's Saints were actually the league's second-best run defense in terms of EPA per play this season; I'll take any chance I can get to vouch for a fellow Staley.
The Rams are decent against the run, but they're no Staley. LA ranked No. 12 in EPA per play against the run and allowed the 12th-fewest rushing yards on a league-average 4.3 yards per attempt. They're pretty effective down-to-down, as LAR allowed a successful run at the sixth-lowest rate in the league. But K9 isn't a north-south runner; he's a home-run hitter. He had the fifth-best explosive run rate in the NFL. The Rams don't give up a ton of explosives, as they only allowed seven 20-yard rushes this season and two 40-yard runs.
But Walker is responsible for two of those 20-yard runs, and one of the 40-yard runs. He put up at least one 25-yard run in both of his appearances against the Rams this season. This is my favorite prop available for this game.

Blake Corum – Rushing Yards: OVER 33.5 (-110)
Blake Corum has been one of the most productive No. 2 backs in the league this year. And he's really come on down the stretch. Since November, he's averaging 10.1 carries for 51.4 rushing yards per game across his last 12 appearances, including the playoffs. That's way up from the 5.9 carries for 27.6 rushing yards per game he was putting up over his first seven games. Corum has now reached at least 45 rushing yards in eight of his last 12 appearances, including six of his last eight outings, and has gone one for two in the postseason.
His recent play suggests this market should be set much higher than it is. But a matchup with the dominant Seahawks' run defense is why this number looks light. Seattle finished the regular season as the league's best run defense in EPA per play and success rate, and allowed the third-fewest rushing yards on a league-best 3.7 yards per carry. This is as tough a matchup as it gets.
But Corum overcame it the last time these two met, turning 14 carries into 48 rushing yards back in Week 16. It might not look pretty, but I think this line was priced too low.
Puka Nacua – Receiving Yards: OVER 92.5 (-118)
Puka Nacua might be the Seahawks' kryptonite. They've gotten flat-out torched by the third-year WR. Seattle held Nacua to 10 yards in the first half of their first meeting this season. But in the second half, Nacua went off for 65 yards. He went ballistic the next game, turning 16 targets into 12 receptions for 225 yards and two TDs. In his last six quarters (plus OT) against Seattle, Nacua has amassed a whopping 290 receiving yards.
Nacua wasn't his usual, dominant self last week against the Bears, but I don't see him putting up back-to-back duds. If you want to juice this up a bit, I'd look into some alt totals here as well. I think he's a good bet to clear 110 yards this week.
Kenneth Walker – Receiving Yards: OVER 20.5 (-110)
Let's close out by doubling down on Kenneth Walker props. I was flat-out shocked to see that Walker has the lowest projected receiving yardage total of the week at BetMGM (as of the writing of this article).
As mentioned above, K9 has torched the Rams on the ground this season. But he's been just as effective against LA as a receiver. In fact, his two best games as a pass-catcher this season both came against the Rams. He tied a career-best 64 receiving yards against the Rams in Week 16 and had his second-best game as a receiver this year with 44 receiving yards back in Week 11. With Charbonnet sidelined, expect to see even more receiving work for Walker on Sunday.
And it's not like he needs a ton of volume to hit this mark. He recorded at least one reception of 23-plus yards in both games against LA. This market comes in a full two yards lower at BetMGM than other competitors. It's a value bettors should pounce on.
