Giants Gaming (1-1) vs. G2 eSports (1-1)
Vegas Win Odds: G2 73%
G2 are tied with Misfits as the biggest favorites on the day, but with that said, Giants Gaming proved to not be complete slouches during Week 1 and could give G2 some trouble. I expect G2 to win this game, but I wonder if they will make full value as the day's most expensive options. G2 are tied for the second most kills in the league after Week 1, but Giants had the second lowest amount of deaths. I think I would rather use Misfits at a slight discount than G2 on Friday, but have no problem with anyone wanting to use the defending champions.
Prediction: G2 win, but don't end the day with the highest point totals

Splyce (1-1) vs. ROCCAT (1-1)
Vegas Win Odds: SPY 65%
Splyce are the smallest favorites on the slate according to Vegas odds, but are priced as the third most expensive options on the board. I think I'm staying away from Splyce as they seem overpriced. Both teams finished Week 1 with top five death totals and have the two lowest kill totals in the league. I'd much rather pay the small difference to use Misfits players over anyone from Splyce. If anything I'd take a shot on ROCCAT here as Splyce didn't inspire much confidence after the first week of the season. Memento and Blanc finished Week 1 with 93.3% kill participation as they were involved in 14 of ROCCAT's 15 kills in the opening two games of the season.
Prediction: ROCCAT upset win

Misfits (1-1) vs. H2k (1-1)
Vegas Win Odds: MSF 73%
Despite having the same win odds as G2, I'm looking at Misfits as the better fantasy play of the day in this matchup with H2k. The main reason stems from H2k's league leading 25 deaths after Week 1 compared to the 14 deaths from Giants. Misfits are tied with G2 for the second highest kill total after Week 1 and should finish ahead of G2 in kills on Friday. Hans sama looks to be the main carry threat, but Alphari looked equally impressive on a carry top laner during Misfits win over Schalke 04 last Saturday.
Prediction: Misfits one sided win

H2k Players to consider: None
Vitality (2-0) vs. Fnatic (1-1)
Vegas Win Odds: FNC 71%
Vitality are the only undefeated team in the EU LCS after Week 1, but in as the third biggest underdog on Friday despite its record. Keep in mind that both of Vitality's wins came against teams many predict to be at the bottom end of the table, but they did beat H2k who took a surprising win over Fnatic on Day 2. I think Fnatic bounce back here, but I'd rather pay a little more to get Misfits' members. Vitality do have significant upside here after leading the EU LCS with 27 kills as a team while dying only 10 times in Week 1.
Prediction: Fnatic close win

FNC Players to consider: Caps ($7,600), Rekkles ($7,600)
Schalke 04 (1-1) vs. Unicorns of Love (0-2)
Vegas Win Odds: S04 69%
On the flip side of Vitality, UoL are the only winless team in the EU LCS after one week, falling to Giants Gaming and Splyce. Schalke are one of eight teams with a 1-1 record, beating ROCCAT before falling to Misfits. Schalke were forced to use Vander as their AD Carry in Week 1, with Upset missing out due to illness and substitute support player, Boris, filling in. Upset looks set to return this week, which would give us our first look at Schalke's full lineup. Schalke are only the fourth highest favorites here, but I like their chances against a UoL team that don't look right out of the gate. Vizicsacsi will have a point to prove against his former team, while Nukeduck has started the split in very good form. UoL should improve, so a win here isn't out of the question, but Schalke should be one of the top six teams at the end of the split and look in better form after one week.
Prediction: Schalke close win
