NBA Pick'Em Today (Thursday, April 2)

San Antonio Spurs vs. Los Angeles Clippers: Julian Champagnie over 1.5 three-pointers made -- Pick6, 2 PM CT

Champagnie plays a secondary role offensively for the Spurs, which is understandable in a lineup that features the likes of Victor Wembanyama, De'Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle and others on a steady basis. However, Champagnie brings a ton of value as an outside threat, and he's a valuable asset for the Spurs because of the attention Wembanyama commands every time he has the ball in his hands. Champagnie has been putting up solid numbers as well, scoring in double digits in all but one of his last seven games while making multiple three-pointers six times over that stretch. Averaging 12.0 points per game and shooting 39.3 percent from three on 7.0 attempts per game, this line has excellent value.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Detroit Pistons: Jalen Duren under 37.5 points + rebounds + assists -- PrizePicks, 2 PM CT

Duren is enjoying an excellent season in 2025-26 and is coming off the first All-Star berth of his career. His numbers have been on the upswing, and his last performance was an impressive one against the Raptors, where Duren logged 31 points (12-13 FG, 7-7 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and one block over 35 minutes during the Pistons' 127-116 win on Tuesday. However, don't be surprised if he's unable to repeat that performance against the Timberwolves' frontcourt of Rudy Gobert and Julius Randle. Duren can be an imposing matchup for most centers, but it wouldn't be shocking if he struggles against a defensive specialist like Gobert. He'll likely put up strong numbers, as he's averaging 25.0 points, 11.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game in his last 10 contests, but hitting his 37.5 P+R+A line might be a bit tougher than how it looks on paper.

Phoenix Suns vs. Charlotte Hornets: Mark Williams over 12.5 points + rebounds -- Sleeper, 2 PM CT

Williams (foot) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Hornets, according to Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic, and the expectation is that he'll be back on the hardwood for this matchup. Even if Williams is likely to operate under some sort of minutes restriction, this looks like a favorable matchup for the big man against a Hornets' frontcourt that's far from being dominant defensively. Considering that Williams was averaging 7.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game between the All-Star break and the last game in which he suffered the injury, and that he surpassed the 12.5 points + rebounds line in four of those six outings, this line has a decent floor all things considered.
