Austin Rivers, LAC at UTA ($2,100) – Rivers has been banged up and only played 18 minutes in his return Wednesday, producing just 3.9 fantasy points. Neither of those stats jump off the page but the 18 minutes should increase tonight. Rivers was a valuable fantasy asset down the stretch for the Clippers and only needs 11 fantasy points to make value at his price. He's not trustworthy in cash games but makes for an interesting option to open up cap space in GPPs.
Isaiah Canaan, CHI vs BOS ($2,600) – Jerian Grant is officially out of the rotation, leaving Canaan to play 36 and 34 minutes in the last two games. He's turned that playing time into 13.4 and 23.9 fantasy points, or, in other terms, 5.1X and 9.1X value at this price. Canaan should play a similar amount of minutes and have no trouble getting to 5X value again.
Bradley Beal, WAS at ATL ($7,900) – Dwyane Wade is coming off a monster game but has only been around 30 fantasy points in the other games in this series. Outside of a 20.5 fantasy-point dud, Beal has averaged over 40 fantasy points over the other four games while logging heavy minutes. He should be a staple in all cash-game lineups as a player that will be highly owned but too risky to fade.
Taurean Prince, ATL vs WAS ($4,400) – Prince has been a nice surprise for the Hawks and his strong play has kept him in the starting five. His worst outing of the series was 17.3 fantasy points, showing a nice floor. Prince has averaged over 30 minutes per game, as well, and should contribute around 20 fantasy points again Friday.
Nikola Mirotic, CHI vs BOS ($5,700) – Mirotic is coming off a poor shooting game (2-for-6) in terms of shots attempted. Before Wednesday's game, he had three straight games in the mid-20s for fantasy points and he has the potential to go for 30-plus. His minutes are secure in the mid-30s, and coming a poor showing means his ownership will likely be low in GPPs.
Marcin Gortat, WAS at ATL ($5,600) – Gortat's minutes have trended up since the start of the series and he's played 35 and 39 over his last two games. This is a big uptick over the last month of the season, and three of the games in this series resulted in 29, 33.1 and 41.5 fantasy points. He seems to be a safe play considering the bulk of his fantasy production has been through rebounds and blocks rather than relying on scoring.
Al Horford, BOS at CHI ($8,300) – Among Rudy Gobert, DeAndre Jordan and Horford (the three most expensive players at the position) it's Horford who has been the most consistent in this series. He has at least 30.7 fantasy points in every game.
