Sanders took over for an injured Jordan Ta'amu (lower body) with 6:04 remaining in the first quarter of the Defenders' 33-30 loss to the Kings in Week 8, completing seven of 15 passes for 83 yards with no touchdowns and one interception and adding five rushes for 27 yards.

Rogers completed 11 of 20 passes for 143 yards with one touchdown and one interception while rushing six times for 24 yards in the Kings' 33-30 win over the Defenders on Saturday. He also lost a fumble.
