Using RotoWire's Fixture Difficulty Ranker, which evaluates upcoming matches based on league position, goals scored and goals conceded, here are the best teams to target heading into Gameweek 25 and beyond.

Best Teams to Target for Upcoming Fixtures (GW25–GW29)

Manchester United

Manchester United continue to sit at the top of the fixture ticker with Spurs, West Ham, Everton and Crystal Palace all to come. There's a clear feel-good factor under Michael Carrick, and it's translating into fantasy relevance at the attacking end.

Bruno Fernandes remains the standout option. He offers multiple routes to points through penalties, set pieces, chance creation, defensive contributions and bonus potential. He was a successful captain in GW24 and is again very appealing at home to Spurs, particularly with Erling Haaland facing Liverpool away.

Bryan Mbeumo is the obvious second attacker to consider, having scored in back-to-back matches while operating as the central striker. Amad Diallo could also emerge as a useful budget pick if his minutes continue to trend upward, while Matheus Cunha is showing signs of form and should benefit from increased game time with Patrick Dorgu injured. United's defence, however, remains a firm avoid as they continue to concede chances too easily.

Arsenal

Arsenal arguably have the standout fixtures from Gameweek 25 onwards. A home game against Sunderland is followed by a double in Gameweek 26 against Wolves and Brentford. Their defence remains the best in the league, with the fewest goals conceded and the lowest expected goals against. Clean sheet odds sit close to 60 percent against Sunderland this week, making this one of the strongest defensive spots of the season.

David Raya, Jurrien Timber, Gabriel and Declan Rice are the core targets. Triple Arsenal defence is genuinely viable if you have the transfers to get there. For those limited to a single move, swapping the injured Bukayo Saka to Rice is a sensible solution.

Bournemouth

Bournemouth are quietly benefiting from a favourable run after a difficult stretch prior to last week's Wolves game. Evanilson stands out as a strong differential, likely on penalties with Marcus Tavernier sidelined and offering good value for money. Junior Kroupi continues to impress and could emerge as a budget gem with Tavernier and Justin Kluivert injured and Antoine Semenyo unavailable.

In defence, Marcos Senesi remains an excellent option. He leads all defenders for defensive contributions and carries a reliable four-point floor most weeks. James Hill offers an even cheaper route into the back line and has earned his place with a string of solid performances.

Crystal Palace

Palace finally see their fixtures soften after a tough spell. Ismaila Sarr and Daniel Munoz are the obvious targets, especially with home games against Burnley and Wolves on the horizon. Maxence Lacroix has been extremely consistent for defensive contributions and ranks third among all defenders this season. Chris Richards, now priced at just £4.4m, is one of the best budget enablers available.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa's strong run continues with Bournemouth, Brighton, Leeds and Wolves to come. Morgan Rogers remains the standout attacking option, nailed for 90 minutes and central to everything Villa do going forward. The striker position is less appealing with Ollie Watkins expected to share minutes with Tammy Abraham. Watkins is battling a hamstring injury and his status is unclear for Gameweek 25. Matty Cash remains the best defensive pick, offering clean sheet potential alongside set-piece involvement and attacking threat.

Final Thoughts: Best Teams to Target in FPL From Gameweek 25

Targeting teams with favourable upcoming fixtures remains one of the most reliable ways to generate consistent returns in Fantasy Premier League, particularly as the season moves deeper into its planning phase. Manchester United and Arsenal stand out for sustained upside, while Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa offer a strong mix of value, differentials and budget enablers.

Use these fixture runs alongside predicted lineups, injury updates and chip strategy to maximise points over the next five Gameweeks.
