Defender: Sergio Ramos (9.5 credits): Ramos is the heart of Spain's defense, coming in with 161 international caps and leading the current squad with 17 international goals, including four under new manager Luis Enrique. Ramos, who plays for Spanish club Real Madrid, averages 1.4 interceptions, 1.2 tackles and 3.2 clearances per game in La Liga play, which shows how solid he is in defence.
Midfielder: Marco Asensio (9.5 credits): Asensio regularly featured for La Roja last year, including three World Cup starts, but he has been struggling, finding the back of the net just once in four UEFA Nations League matches. Additionally, he has just one goal and two assists in 24 appearances for Real Madrid this season, but he has an excellent opportunity to showcase his skills in a match Spain should control.
Forward: Alvaro Morata (10.5 credits): Morata is the second leading goal-scorer in the current squad with 13 goals in just 27 international appearances. Since joining Atletico Madrid in January, he has been a regular starter, having regained his form to score three goals in six appearances.
Captain: Alvaro Morata
Vice-Captain: Marco Asensio
