SLATE PREVIEW

Vegas (vs. Philadelphia), Colorado (vs. Washington), Florida (vs. San Jose) and Carolina (vs. Buffalo) are the biggest favorites on the Moneyline. The over/under for Sabres-Hurricanes, Capitals-Avalanche, Sharks-Panthers, Rangers-Ducks and Islanders-Canucks is 6.5 goals. The Wild-Maple Leafs and Devils-Flames matchups anticipate 5.5 goals, while the rest of the contests expect 6.0 goals.

GOALIES

Ilya Sorokin, NYI at VAN ($7,900): Sorokin has posted two of his league-leading five shutouts in his last four outings, stopping 129 of 137 shots over that span. He has been better on the road than at home this campaign, posting a 9-5-1 record with a 2.34 GAA and a .918 save percentage through 15 appearances.

Connor Hellebuyck, WPG at CHI ($7,400): Hellebuyck has won three of his last four starts. He has had some mixed results during that stretch, in what has been a down year for him statistically, but his lower cap hit is appealing for Monday's slate. Hellebuyck has won nine of his past 10 appearances against Chicago while surrendering two goals or fewer eight times over that span.

VALUE PLAYS/ONE-OFFS

Tage Thompson, BUF at CAR ($7,500): Thompson has amassed five goals on 22 shots and eight assists during his seven-game point streak. He also has six power-play points, including five helpers, over that span. Thompson has two goals, six shots and one assist in two previous meetings with the Hurricanes this season.

Brock Nelson, COL vs. WSH ($6,600): Nelson has accumulated 11 goals in his last 12 outings. He has added seven helpers, 34 shots on net and seven power-play points (five goals, two assists) during that stretch. Nelson has picked up a multi-point effort in five of the past nine outings.

Mathew Barzal, NYI at VAN ($6,200): Barzal has provided one goal, 15 shots and eight points in seven contests going into Monday's action. He has compiled three goals and 19 points in 12 appearances against his hometown Canucks.

FORWARD LINE STACKS

Golden Knights vs. Flyers

Jack Eichel (C - $8,000), Mark Stone (W - $8,000)

Eichel has generated five goals and 10 assists during his eight-game point streak. He has four assists with the man advantage and 36 shots on target during that span. Stone has registered 10 goals on 26 shots and eight helpers across his 11-game point spree. He also has six power-play points (three goals, three assists). Ivan Barbashev ($5,300) hasn't been nearly as productive, and he can be left out for a two-player stack.

Vegas' dynamic duo should remain hot against a Philadelphia team that has allowed 4.38 goals per game over its past eight contests while earning a 2-5-1 record.

Rangers at Ducks

Mika Zibanejad (C - $6,600), J.T. Miller (C - $5,900), Gabe Perreault (W - $3,800)

Zibanejad has racked up nine goals on 25 shots and eight assists over an eight-game point streak. He has two power-play goals, five power-play helpers and one shorthanded goal during that span. Miller has accounted for two goals (one on the power play), six assists and 15 shots in seven matches heading into Monday's slate. Perreault has two tallies on five shots in his last two appearances.

The top-line trio has plenty of bang for the buck potential against Anaheim. The Ducks have permitted 3.88 goals per game in eight contests this month.

Sharks at Panthers

Macklin Celebrini (C - $8,100), Will Smith (W - $6,000), Collin Graf (W - $4,400)

Celebrini has two assists and 13 shots on goal in his last outings after his 13-game point streak came to an end. He has supplied nine goals, 20 assists and 78 shots in his past 16 appearances. Smith potted a goal on three shots in his return to the lineup from an upper-body injury against Detroit on Friday. Graf has collected three goals, two assists and eight shots over his four-game point spree.

San Jose's top line has plenty of offensive upside in what could be a high-scoring affair. Florida has allowed 4.00 goals per game in the team's past eight outings.

DEFENSEMEN

John Carlson, WSH at COL ($6,600): Carlson has contributed one goal, eight assists, 18 shots on net and 10 blocked shots in his past seven games. He has three multi-point efforts over that span.

Shea Theodore, VGK vs. PHI ($6,100): Theodore has earned four goals, 11 points, 29 shots and 16 blocks in his last 11 contests. He has three goals and five points in five games heading into Monday's matchup.
