We have a second consecutive six-game main slate Friday night, the first full ledger of games following a very active trade-deadline week. Many of the players that have changed uniforms aren't yet set to make their debuts with their new teams, however, and an injury report that contains some notable names has the potential to thin the player pool a bit more.

Slate Overview

For the latest spreads and over-unders, visit RotoWire's NBA Odds page. There, you can also find player props, futures, picks articles and sportsbook bonus codes

Listed spreads/totals are from FanDuel Sportsbook and current as of Friday, Feb. 6 at 12:00 a.m. EST:

Miami Heat at Boston Celtics (-7) (O/U: 230.5)

New York Knicks (-1.5) at Detroit Pistons (O/U: 225.5)

Indiana Pacers (-1) at Milwaukee Bucks (O/U: 224.5)

New Orleans Pelicans at Minnesota Timberwolves (-11) (O/U: 236.5)

Los Angeles Clippers (-4) at Sacramento Kings (O/U: 221.5)

Memphis Grizzlies at Portland Trail Blazers (-7) (O/U: 235.5)

The betting metrics paint a fairly encouraging picture Friday, as we have just one double-digit favorite in the Timberwolves, two teams favored by less than two points and a trio of games with projected totals north of 230 points. There are therefore numerous games that should provide appealing DFS environments, giving us a variety of paths to take for tournament play.

Injury Situations to Monitor

For all the latest updates, visit RotoWire's NBA Injury News page and our comprehensive NBA Injury Report.

Deni Avdija, POR (back): QUESTIONABLE

If Avdija can't suit up, Siddy Cissoko and Jerami Grant are likely to handle the majority of power forward minutes, while the rest of the starting five will see elevated usage.

Karl-Anthony Towns, NYK (eye): QUESTIONABLE

If Towns can't play, Jalen Brunson will see his usage climb even higher, while Mitchell Robinson will likely draw a spot start at center.

Domantas Sabonis, SAC (back): QUESTIONABLE

If Sabonis is sidelined, Maxime Raynaud will draw a spot start at center.

Julius Randle, MIN (thumb): QUESTIONABLE

If Randle is unable to play, Naz Reid could enter the starting five, while Anthony Edwards and Jaden McDaniels should see the biggest usage boosts.

Other notable injuries:

Tyler Herro, MIA (ribs): OUT

Ty Jerome, MEM (calf): OUT

Santi Aldama, MEM (knee): OUT

Ivica Zubac, IND (trade acquisition): OUT

Bennedict Mathurin, LAC (trade acquisition): OUT

Darius Garland, LAC (toe): OUT

Ayo Dosunmu, MIN (quadriceps): QUESTIONABLE

Tobias Harris, DET (hip): QUESTIONABLE

Bobby Portis, MIL (hip): QUESTIONABLE

Elite Players

We have three players with five-figure salaries on Friday's slate – Cade Cunningham ($10,600), Anthony Edwards ($10,100) and Jaylen Brown ($10,000).

Cunningham has eclipsed 50 FD points in three of the past four games, and although he'll be on his third game in four nights, he draws a solid matchup against the Knicks.

Edwards may take the floor without Julius Randle and will be looking to eclipse 52 FD points for the third consecutive contest.

Brown is averaging 45.8 FD points per game on the season, got Wednesday's win over the Rockets off, and draws a favorable matchup against the Heat.

Expected Chalk

Other likely chalk plays include:

Kawhi Leonard, LAC ($9,600)

Leonard will be seeing even more usage than usual with James Harden now in Cleveland, which should make him even more popular than he already would be.

Jalen Brunson, NYK ($8,800)

Brunson may take the floor without Karl-Anthony Towns and already comes in having recorded 66.1 FD points in the double-OT win against the Nuggets on Wednesday.

Ryan Rollins, MIL ($8,700)

Rollins is averaging 40.2 FD points over his last six games and is shooting a stellar 48.8 percent from three-point range in that span, factors that should make him very popular in a positive matchup against the Pacers.

Bam Adebayo, MIA ($8,500)

Adebayo is enjoying an extended run of production that includes an average of 41.8 FD points in his last 13 games, so he should continue to enjoy a high roster rate.

Trey Murphy, NOP ($8,100)

Murphy just put up 65.2 FD points against the Bucks on Wednesday and is averaging 42.3 FD points in the last 16 games, numbers that should help lock in a high roster rate Friday.

Key Values

Rudy Gobert, MIN vs. NOP ($6,400)

Gobert draws one of the best matchups in either conference for centers who typically do most of their damage close to the basket, as the Pelicans check in allowing 56.2 FD points to centers in the last 30 games and the seventh-most points in the paint per contest for the season (52.7). Gobert has already lit up New Orleans for tallies of 50.6 and 35.9 FD points this season, and he's averaging 33.6 FD points on 10.1 points, 12.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.1 steals per contest since the calendar flipped to 2026. Gobert also has double-digit rebounds in five of the last six contests, and the Pels are conceding the fourth-most rebounds on the campaign (55.7).

Toumani Camara, POR vs. MEM ($5,600)

Camara continues to flash a safe floor most nights, and he checks into Friday on an extended run of elevated play that started when the calender turned to 2026. Camara is averaging 26.1 FD points over his last 17 games, a stretch where he's delivering 13.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists across 34.5 minutes per contest. Camara has exceeded 30 FD points on seven occasions during that span as well, and five of those instances have come in the last seven games. Camara also posted 27.7 FD points over 33 minutes in his one prior meeting with Memphis this season and may take the floor without Deni Avdija on Friday, adding to his appeal.

Brook Lopez, LAC at SAC ($4,000)

Ivica Zubac was traded to the Pacers at the deadline, meaning the starting center job in Los Angeles presumably belongs to Lopez for the time being. The veteran big man should have fresh legs for the assignment, considering he's averaging just 17.3 minutes per contest this season. Lopez certainly has the ability to overdeliver on his salary, and he's averaged 21.1 FD points in his eight turns with the first unit thus far this season. However, while Lopez has had a more muted offensive role in some of those games, the fact James Harden is also now off the Clippers roster will open up more offensive opportunities across the board. Lopez has averaged 32.0 FD points per 36 minutes with both Harden and Zubac off the floor this season, and the Kings, against which Lopez recorded 24.7 FD points in one prior meeting, are allowing the fourth-most FD points to centers in the last 15 games (57.4).

ALSO CONSIDER: Jerami Grant, POR vs. MEM ($5,500)
