4 Best Seahawks Player Prop Bet Picks for Super Bowl LX vs Patriots (2026)

The Seattle Seahawks have been the most dominant team in the league this season. But if they want to hoist the Lombardi, they'll have to beat the New England Patriots. Oddsmakers think they'll do just that, as the latest Super Bowl odds list the Seahawks as 4.5-point favorites.

If you're a fan of the team or just want to make the game a little more interesting, you might want to lean into some Seahawks prop bets. Here are my four best Seahawks player props for Super Bowl LX. Make sure to use one of the best sportsbook promos in the country to juice up these picks.

Kenneth Walker – Rushing Yards: UNDER 73.5 (-110)

This is my favorite prop bet of the week. Kenneth Walker has been dominant in the postseason, but it's been almost impossible to run on the Patriots when they've been healthy. In 15 games with a healthy Milton Williams, no RB has recorded more than 53 rushing yards against NE.

When Williams was healthy over the first 10 games of the season, New England owned the league's fourth-best rushing defense in terms of EPA per play. Walker has struggled when facing similarly stout run defenses.

He has only played five games against a team that ranked top 10 in run defense EPA. He has gone under 73.5 yards in four of those five, averaging 48.2 rushing yards per outing on 3.8 yards per carry.

Walker has taken things up a notch in the playoffs, but so have the Patriots. The most rushing yards they've allowed to an RB in the postseason were the 37 yards they surrendered to RJ Harvey. This line is priced way too high for my liking.

Best FanDuel Seahawks Super Bowl Player Prop Bets

Kenneth Walker – Receiving Yards: OVER 20.5 (-110)

Walker might not do much on the ground, but I think he'll do a ton of damage as a pass-catcher. He's averaging 36.8 receiving yards per game over his last five and has cleared this total in each of his last three appearances. He has also caught at least two passes in five straight games – something he did just five times over his first 14 appearances.

With Zach Charbonnet sidelined, Walker is enjoying an expanded role in the receiving game. I think that trend will continue against the Patriots, who allowed the fifth-most receptions to RBs (84) in the regular season.

Cooper Kupp – Receptions: OVER 2.5 (-172)

This line comes with a heavy -172 vig, but I think it's worth the price of admission. FanDuel Sportsbook has set Cooper Kupp's reception total at over/under 2.5, while every other major book has the line at 3.5. I'd jump on this value.

Kupp has recorded at least three receptions in four of his last six games, including both playoff games. He's averaging 4.5 receptions per game in the postseason – way up from his regular-season average of 2.94 per outing.

There are a number of reasons for that spike, but I think the biggest factor has been defenses keying in on Jason Smith-Njigba. That has opened up space for Kupp lately, and I think we'll see that play out again on Super Bowl Sunday.

Best BetMGM Seahawks Super Bowl Player Prop Bets

BetMGM Sportsbook provides all odds in this section. Use a BetMGM bonus code to maximize your player props.

Rashid Shaheed – Rushing Yards: OVER 2.5 (-115)

Rashid Shaheed might be the most versatile player on either team. He's the only player who will likely make an impact as a receiver, a returner, and as a rusher on Sunday. Shaheed has seen at least one rushing attempt in eight of his 11 games since joining Seattle. He's averaging 7.1 rushing yards per game on 9.1 yards per carry.

With Charbonnet out, I wouldn't be surprised to see Shaheed handle an extra carry or two in the Super Bowl. But he only needs one attempt to cash this prop at BetMGM. At 2.5 rushing yards, this line comes in a full two yards lower than what's available at DraftKings or FanDuel.

Considering he's carried the rock at least once in 72.7% of his appearances with Seattle, I think he has a great shot to finish with three-plus rushing yards.
