2026 Fantasy Outlook
Boston was the seventh WR drafted this April and the second taken by Cleveland, going 39th overall after the Browns scooped KC Concepcion at No. 24. Last year, Cleveland's wide receivers combined for a meager 1,467 receiving yards and four touchdowns. Jerry Jeudy "led" the way with a 50-602-2 receiving line on 106 targets, while rookie tight end Harold Fannin emerged as the true No. 1 with 72-731-6 on 107 targets. Long story short, Concepcion's presence shouldn't block Boston from playing time, though it could be a slight issue for target volume that both of them (like Fannin) are YAC-reliant and not so adept at getting open downfield. Boston did make big plays at Washington, thriving on contested catches, including in the red zone. He put up 63-834-9 and 62-811-11 in his final two collegiate seasons before mostly forgoing workouts ahead of the 2026 Draft. At 6-foot-4, 212, he's been compared to Michael Pittman and probably has some leeway to get by without great separation, instead relying on physicality and strong hands. In Cleveland, there's clear opportunity for playing time but no clear timeline for when competent QB play might arrive. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Had impressive spring
According to Zac Jackson of The Athletic, Boston "might have been the most impressive offensive player in the (Browns') spring sessions."
ANALYSIS
Once training camp gets going next month, the pecking order in the team's revamped WR corps will start to become clearer. While Jerry Jeudy remains Cleveland's No. 1 option at the position, Boston -- who was the 39th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft -- has a chance to make an immediate mark as an outside receiver, while fellow rookie KC Concepcion (24th overall choice) figures to line up all over the formation. Also in the mix are Cedric Tillman, Isaiah Bond and Tylan Wallace, but a strong summer on Boston's part could help him earn enough playing time out of the gate to yield fantasy dividends in deeper formats.

Enjoys strong first pro offseason
Boston, whom the Browns selected out of Washington in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, put encouraging play on film throughout Cleveland's offseason program and minicamp, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Boston blossomed over his last two college seasons with the Huskies, recording a combined 125-1,715-20 line over 24 regular-season and postseason games. The 22-year-old wideout brings excellent size at 6-foot-4, 212 pounds, and Oyefusi reports Boston consistently leveraged those dimensions to come down with at least one contested downfield catch each week of on-field work. Additionally, Boston also displayed a penchant for good routes, affording him plenty of momentum heading into his first NFL training camp.
