2025 Fantasy Outlook
A 2024 sixth-round pick, Flournoy is a small-school product (Southeast Missouri State) and late bloomer who turned 25 during his rookie season. He didn't play much during that initial campaign, nor in Weeks 1-2 of 2025, only taking on a larger role after CeeDee Lamb suffered an ankle injury in Week 3. Flournoy put up 124 yards against the Jets a few weeks later, showing enough to stick on as the No. 3 WR once Lamb returned in Week 7. The new role didn't amount to much at first -- six targets over the next five games -- but Flournoy came on strong over his final five games with a 23-275-2 receiving line (30 targets), boosted by his 9-115-1 effort in Week 14 when Lamb made an early exit at Detroit. Lamb and George Pickens are back as Prescott's primary targets in a perennially pass-heavy offense, with TE Jake Ferguson and RB Javonte Williams also locked into starting jobs. The situation may keep Flournoy south of a handful of targets per game, but he's shown both the necessary athleticism (4.44 40, 39.5-inch vertical) and chemistry with Prescott (71.4% catch rate) to take on a much larger workload in the event Pickens or Lamb misses time. RANKS
Five catches in defeat
Flournoy caught five of seven targets for 68 yards in Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Giants.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy was able to pace the team in catches and receiving yards as Dallas opted to rest starters CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, amongst others, after the early moments of the contest. Flournoy finished his second season in Dallas reeling in 40 of 56 targets for 475 yards and four touchdowns while adding 25 yards on four carries over 16 regular-season contests. With Pickens potentially set to become a free agent this offseason, Flournoy could step into a more substantial role next season behind Lamb in the Cowboys' offense.

A strong showing at the Senior Bowl and the combine put Flournoy on the draft radar despite a lackluster college career at Southeast Missouri State, and the Cowboys nabbed him in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft. He looks the part of an NFL wideout, posting a 4.44 40 time in Indianapolis at 6-1 and 202 pounds, but he's raw as a route runner and doesn't always use his physical traits to the best advantage. Dallas is likely viewing him as a developmental project, but a big training camp for Flournoy could put him in the mix for the No. 3 WR role.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
WR3 without Lamb and Turpin
Flournoy is set to operate as the Cowboys' No. 3 wideout behind George Pickens and Jalen Tolbert against the Jets on Sunday due to the absences of CeeDee Lamb and KaVontae Turpin.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy didn't see much action on offense through the first two games of the regular season, but he moved into a more meaningful role after Lamb suffered an ankle injury during the Cowboys' Week 3 loss to the Bears. Flournoy has caught four passes on five targets for 35 yards over his last two games and is set to step into an even bigger role due to Turpin being out with a foot injury. Flournoy has yet to see more than three targets in a regular-season game since entering the league as the Cowboys' sixth-round selection in the 2024 NFL Draft.
