2024 Fantasy Outlook
A seventh-round pick in 2023, Brooks saw little action as a rookie, but he did what he could with his opportunities and caught all six of his targets, with four of them coming in a Week 10 rout of the Giants. Michael Gallup is now a Raider, leaving the Cowboys' No. 3 receiver job open, and Brooks will head into training camp competing with Jalen Tolbert and others for the available snaps. Brooks caught his only target for a 17-yard touchdown in Sunday's win over the Panthers.
ANALYSIS
The second-year wideout hauled in his first career TD in the third quarter, beating two defenders to the ball in the back corner of the end zone as Cooper Rush scrambled out of the pocket. Brooks has seen little usage this season and has even been a healthy inactive at times, and he's unlikely to break out with CeeDee Lamb, Brandin Cooks and Jalen Tolbert all healthy. Brooks will be little more than a desperation dart throw Week 16, even against a shaky Buccaneers secondary.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
A seventh-round pick in 2023, Brooks wasn't very productive in college and lacks standout speed or agility, but his size, strength and ability to bully his way to 50-50 balls could allow him to carve out a role in the NFL as a chain-mover and red-zone option. With Noah Brown now in Houston, Dallas has an opening for a physical depth receiver who can contribute as a run blocker and made contested catches, a job Brooks seems well-suited for.
