2026 Fantasy Outlook
Harrison looks disappointing by the standards of a fourth overall draft pick, but he's also seen much go wrong outside of his control through two seasons in Arizona. Last year, a heel injury limited him to three appearances and 85 snaps after Week 10. Before the injury ruined his season, Harrison was slightly ahead of his rookie-year pace, averaging 4.0 catches for 59.4 yards and 0.4 TDs on 6.9 targets over his first 10 games. Two brief appearances in December made the numbers look worse, but Harrison still finished with slight improvements on his catch rate (56.2 percent) and YPT (8.3), up from 53.4 percent and 7.6 YPT in 2024. That's what we call 'progress, if you squint', but Harrison's fantasy managers didn't see much besides disappointment once the heel injury became a factor. Harrison now enters his age-24 season in a new system, under coach Mike LaFleur and OC Nathaniel Hackett, with 33-year-old Jacoby Brissett expected to start at quarterback. Brissett helped TE Trey McBride and WR Michael Wilson put up big numbers last season, but that was with the benefit of a league-high 40.3 pass attempts per start, under a different coaching staff in an offense with no running game. The Cardinals presumably want to run more after signing Tyler Allgeier and drafting Jeremiyah Love in the first round, making it hard for Harrison to establish fantasy value unless he clearly asserts himself ahead of Wilson as the No. 1 WR. Still working back to full health
Harrison said Tuesday that he is not yet 100 percent recovered from the injuries he dealt with in 2025 but that he doesn't "think it's going to linger into next season, for sure," Josh Weinfuss of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Harrison dealt with a number of health issues in 2025, including two heel injuries, a concussion and appendicitis, missing a total of five games spread across the course of the regular season. While the 23-year-old said getting back to full health is "an ongoing process still," he also confirmed that "it's nothing that prevents me from doing anything at the moment" during OTAs. Harrison also stated that health will be his priority this offseason, though a number of other factors will demand his attention as he works to manifest a potential Year 3 leap. In addition to learning a new offense under head coach Mike LaFleur, who per Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic said Tuesday that Harrison's role will be as the team's X-receiver in 2026, the 2024 first-round pick will need to build chemistry with a trio of QBs in Jacoby Brissett (holding out), Gardner Minshew and rookie third-rounder Carson Beck, with Kyler Murray having moved on.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
Harrison's rookie season can only be called a disappointment, even though his eight touchdowns tied for 12th most among WRs. The No. 4 overall pick had 130 yards and two TDs in his second NFL game, followed by TDs each of the next two weeks, but there was more frustration than success from that point forward. His next 11 games yielded just three scores and an average of 43.9 yards, with a 50.0 percent catch rate and 6.7 YPT. Harrison at least finished strong, catching 11 of 16 targets for 159 yards and a TD over the final two weeks. He'll turn 23 in August, and while he didn't go through pre-draft drills, his production at Ohio State was resounding -- back-to-back seasons with 1,200-plus yards and 14 TDs. Harrison packed on muscle this offseason -- reportedly getting up to 220 pounds -- and said he hopes to become more of a threat post-catch, after averaging just 2.6 YAC per reception last year. The bulk could also help him with contested catches, which need to be part of the package for Harrison to live up to the lofty expectations for a top-five pick. That's certainly still possible, and he won't face much target competition from the other WRs in Arizona, but it was TE Trey McBride who became the most trusted pass catcher for QB Kyler Murray and OC Drew Petzing last year.
