Horn was modestly productive at Colorado during his final two collegiate seasons, catching 95 passes for 1,008 yards and seven touchdowns. However, his issues in contested-catch situations will likely carry over to the NFL given his 5-foot-8, 174-pound frame. He also joins an already packed Carolina WR room featuring Tetairoa McMillan, Xavier Legette, Adam Thielen and Jalen Coker.
