2026 Fantasy Outlook
All had a prominent role with the Bengals during his rookie 2024 campaign, when he finished with 20 catches on 22 targets for 158 yards over nine regular-season games. However, he tore his ACL that November and wasn't able to return to action in 2025. All should be ready for the start of the upcoming season, and while Mike Gesicki will be back as Cincinnati's No. 1 tight end, there is room for All to make an impact if he can flash the same potential he showed prior to the knee injury. Participating in OTAs
All (knee) participated in Cincinnati's offseason training activities Tuesday, Paul Dehner of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
All is making progress in his recovery from a torn ACL that cost him the entirety of last season. The 25-year-old tight end last appeared in a regular-season game in 2024 but will look to make his return during the upcoming campaign.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
All flashed some of the potential that prompted the Bengals to select him in the fourth round of the 2024 draft, catching 20 passes for 158 yards while earning praise for his blocking ability to boot. Alas, his development came to a crashing halt with a torn ACL suffered in Week 9 against the Raiders. All is expected to miss most if not all of the 2025 season while rehabbing the injury, which is the second tear of that ACL.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Team's top TE already?
Offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher lauded All's contributions as a blocker in Cincinnati's Week 4 win over the Panthers, per Ben Baby of ESPN.com, and the rookie tight end had a season-high 60 percent snap share in the game.
ANALYSIS
All recorded four catches for the third consecutive game and played 18 more snaps than Mike Gesicki, suggesting that the rookie's all-around skill set may have already propelled him to the top of Cincinnati's depth chart. If All plays significantly more than Gesicki again in Week 5 against the Ravens, then it would be safe to assume that All has leapfrogged Gesicki for the starting role. All was expected to be brought along slowly, as the 2024 fourth-round draft pick was recovering from an October ACL tear suffered at Iowa, but he has evidently exceeded expectations with his recovery, going from Cincinnati's tight end of the future to the best option in the present.
