2026 Fantasy Outlook
Laube has contributed almost exclusively on special teams through his first two years in the league, a role which the 2024 sixth-rounder looks set to reprise in 2026. He logged just seven carries for nine yards and three catches for 18 yards across 17 regular-season appearances in 2025. Laube’s main contributions came in the return game, having returned 33 kickoffs for 855 yards and one fumble. He’ll compete for the No. 3 running back role behind Ashton Jeanty and Mike Washington this season. Read Past Outlooks

Plays 27 offensive snaps in 2025
Laube ended his 2025 campaign with seven carries for nine yards and three catches for 18 yards on four targets over 17 games. He also returned 33 kickoffs for 855 yards and lost one fumble.
ANALYSIS
Laube served primarily on special teams for a second straight season, ultimately logging just 27 total offensive snaps while rookie Ashton Jeanty and veteran Raheem Mostert (knee) handled a majority of the Raiders' backfield work. Laube has two years remaining on his rookie contract in Las Vegas, but under a new head coach in 2026, he may have to battle for a roster spot moving forward.

2024
Taken in the sixth round of the 2024 draft out of New Hampshire, Laube seemed to land in coach Antonio Pierce's doghouse in the preseason, and fumbling on his first, and so far only, NFL carry in Week 6 made him a permanent resident. Laube could still develop into a capable third-down back as a pro, and he did contribute as a kickoff returner in the second half. A clean slate under Pete Carroll will help, but Las Vegas' offseason additions of Ashton Jeanty and Raheem Mostert give Laube no clear path to a consistent role on offense.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Safely in roster picture
Sam Warren of The Athletic doesn't believe Laube will face significant competition for a spot on Vegas' 53-man roster.
ANALYSIS
Laube played just 27 offensive snaps in 2025, but the 2024 sixth-round draft pick is in good position to maintain a depth role despite his lack of production to date. The Raiders drafted Mike Washington out of Arkansas in the fourth round in 2026 to work as Ashton Jeanty's backup, but veteran running backs Raheem Mostert and Zamir White are no longer on the team, while Chris Collier was behind Laube on the organizational depth chart in 2025 as a member of the practice squad and undrafted free-agent signee Roman Hemby didn't particularly impress in spring practices. Laube also contributes as a return man on special teams, giving him another path to a roster spot even if he falls completely out of favor in the running back rotation.
