2026 Projections
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Daniels will turn 25 at the end of his rookie season, following a six-year college career that spanned three schools (Liberty, LSU, Miami). The Rams made him a sixth-round pick this spring, 197th overall, bringing in another body to join the open competition for WR snaps behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Coach Sean McVay's newfound love for multi-TE formations means the No. 3 WR job in Los Angeles isn't worth what it once was, but Daniels at least theoretically has a shot to earn the role, competing with Konata Mumpfield, Xavier Smith and Jordan Whittington. The rookie offers strong hands, toughness and decent size (6-foot-2, 200), but his college production and 40 time (4.58 pro day) hint at minimal fantasy upside even if he makes a good impression on McVay and Co. Picked up by Rams
The Rams selected Daniels in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, 197th overall.
ANALYSIS
Daniels played for three different schools during his six-year college career, which ended with Miami in 2025, when he caught 50 passes for 557 yards and seven touchdowns across 13 games. He brings a 6-foot-2, 200-pound frame with good instincts and an all-around package that can help him compete at the NFL level, even if there isn't a specific category or trait that he excels in. Daniels will have the opportunity to compete against Jordan Whittington and Konata Mumpfield for the Rams' WR3 spot behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams.

Chance to earn WR3 role for Rams
Daniels is in a three-way competition with Konata Mumpfield and Jordan Whittington for the third spot on the Rams' wide receiver depth chart entering camp, according to Nate Atkins of The Athletic.
ANALYSIS
The Rams traded up in the sixth round to draft Daniels 197th overall out of Miami this spring. Daniels has a chance to earn playing time right away after the Rams got minimal production out of their depth pieces at the position in 2025 behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Daniels scored seven receiving touchdowns for the Hurricanes in 2025.
