Guards
Ben Simmons, PHI vs. ORL ($8,400): Simmons was in a huge slump right around the All-Star break but he's snapped out of it. Not only does he have at least 32 DK points in seven straight games, but Simmons is also averaging 43 fantasy points per game in that span. His last four games have been even more impressive, with Simmons dropping at least 52 DK points in three of those outings. With Joel Embiid out, Simmons is averaging 15.2 shots per game while leading the team in usage rate. While Embiid practiced Monday, he'll remain sidelined tonight.
Bojan Bogdanovic, IND vs. CHI ($5,600): It's amazing that Bogdanovic's price hasn't rises, as he's become the go-to scorer with Victor Oladipo (knee) sidelined. With Oladipo off the floor, Bogdanovic leads all regulars with a 26 percent usage rate while taking over 15 shots per game. His fantasy production backs up that usage, as he's scored at least 28 fantasy points in seven straight games while averaging 34 DK points per game in that span. That becomes particularly intriguing when you consider the fact that Chicago allows the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards this season.
Jeff Teague, MIN vs. OKC ($5,300): Teague has been in and out of the lineup with injuries, but when healthy he's been productive. He had 10 points and eight assists in 26 minutes Sunday in Washington after putting up 13 points, six rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block three nights earlier. Russell Westbrook is a difficult matchup for any opposition, but last time these teams faced off, Teague collected four steals in 25 minutes, though he had a quiet night on the offensive end.
Forwards
Tobias Harris, PHI vs. ORL ($7,400): Harris has been incredible since joining the Sixers and even better since Embiid went down. That's close to 20 shots and a 30 percent usage rate out of the lineup, and Harris has taken over some of the scoring duties in Embiid's absence, leading the team in shot attempts. Harris has at least 35 DK points in six straight games, while averaging 40 fantasy points per game in that span.
Thaddeus Young, IND vs. CHI ($5,900): Young has become one of the most consistent power forwards in the NBA, as he's established an incredible floor, which only rises in the absence of Domantas Sabonis. Young has at least 20 DK points in 40 consecutive games and is averaging 33 fantasy points per game in that span. That's approaching 6X value at this price tag, and his average bumps up closer to 35 DK points per game since Sabonis went down.
Mike Scott, PHI vs. ORL ($4,000): Scott has been the one of the biggest beneficiaries of Embiid's injury, as he's played at least 30 minutes in three of his last four games. That's all you can ask for from a $4,000 player, and he's averaging 23 DK points per game in that span. Any player in this price range who's playing 30 minutes while attempting six three-pointers per game is worth a shot, especially considering he dropped a season-high 31.5 fantasy points in his last fixture.
Centers
Myles Turner, IND vs. CHI ($5,700): Turner is the final piece of our Pacers stack, and he's easy to fit into your lineup at this sub-$6,000 price. It's the matchup that really makes him valuable on this slate, as he faces a Bulls team that ranks dead-last in defensive efficiency while allowing the second-most fantasy points to opposing centers. Turner is averaging 32 DK points per game in two outings against Chicago, despite playing just 29 minutes per game. That's not an overwhelming number, but with Sabonis out again and the Bulls' frontcourt depleted, Turner's enters the night with a high ceiling.
Marc Gasol, TOR vs. HOU ($5,700): Gasol has started three of the last four games for Toronto, and his 38 minutes in the team's most recent game indicate that he's no longer taking a back seat to Serge Ibaka. Gasol is also averaging 38.3 fantasy points per game in the last two fixtures, putting up 16.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 3.0 combined steals/blocks per game in that span. That's the Gasol that we have become accustomed to in his Memphis days and this price is simply too cheap for someone with that upside -- even against a Rockets' frontcourt that presents some matchup issues.
