TEAM ANALYSIS

Defenses to Avoid
San Antonio Spurs at Miami Heat: On a four-game night, you can't eliminate using any one team, but it might not be the best idea to invest in the Heat. They were held to 85 points in their last meeting and now must face a Spurs squad that is putting it all together for a playoff run. Stay away from putting in large amounts of money on Miami players.

Offenses to Use
Atlanta Hawks at Detroit Pistons: On paper, the Hawks have the most favorable matchup on the board. Along with the nice matchup, many key players have seen their price drop for reasons outside of production (injury, rest), and they can be had at a decent discount. Be on the lookout for the pregame reports regarding player availability, but roll with the Hawks if all is clear.

DraftKings.com DAILY PLAYER RECOMMENDATIONS

Point Guard
Tony Parker, PG, SA ($5,900): It's always somewhat gut-wrenching to go with Parker because the possibility exists that he fades back into whatever funk he was in for most of the season. However, with a short slate Tuesday, he is worth a look as a cheaper point guard with upside. Parker has been playing better, and he scored 30 DraftKings points in his last meeting with Miami.

Other suggestions: Chris Paul (vs. GS), Deron Williams (vs. IND)

Shooting Guard
Kyle Korver, SG, ATL ($4,500): Korver is a low-priced shooting guard who normally hovers around the $5,000 salary mark. Rest and injuries have knocked his price a bit lower, and he should provide nice value at this price. He's averaged 22 DraftKings points against the Pistons this season and is averaging close to 25 DraftKings points over his last three games.

Other suggestions: Henry Walker (vs. SA), Joe Johnson (vs. IND)

Small Forward
Kawhi Leonard, SF, SA ($8,100): The small forward slot is rather uninspiring on Tuesday, and rather than take a low-cost flier, I'd rather grab the best option available in Leonard. He's averaging 39 DraftKings points over his last six games and topped 40 DraftKings points in his last meeting against the Heat.

Other suggestions: Harrison Barnes (at LAC), C.J. Miles (at BKN)

Power Forward
Paul Millsap, PF, ATL ($7,300): The annoying rest situation has impacted Millsap's overall price, which has fallen despite his 44 DraftKings points average over his last four games. The Pistons are prone to letting up big games against opposing bigs, and even if Millsap falls into his 34 DraftKings points average against Detroit, he's a solid choice.

Other suggestions: David West (at BKN), David Lee* (at LAC)

*= if Draymond Green is ruled out.

Center
Al Horford, C, ATL ($6,400): As with Millsap, Horford has seen his pricing fall a bit due to rest, as well as a few subpar performances. Against the Pistons that shouldn't be a problem, as he has averaged 35 DraftKings points against him. There are higher priced options on the board, but Horford is a pick that could pay dividends due to his favorable matchup.

Other suggestions: DeAndre Jordan (vs. GS), Roy Hibbert (at BKN)

Paul George (leg)
Mike Scott (toe)
Dennis Schroder (toe)

Game-Time Decision

Michael Beasley (elbow)

Greg Monroe (knee)
Draymond Green (multiple injuries/rest)
Thaddeus Young (knee)
