FORWARDS/MIDFIELDERS

Kevin De Bruyne, MCI at SOU ($21): De Bruyne is the most expensive player on the slate alongside Cristiano Ronaldo ($21), who tops the goalscoring odds chart, but it's the floor of the former that pushes me in his direction. The attacker has created 20 of his 38 chances on the year in his last six matches, as he's rounded back into elite form. De Bruyne has the high floor you want for cash games, but it's not like his ceiling is low, especially with City having the highest-implied goal total on the slate. City's other attacking options are also in play and a stack of multiple attackers shouldn't be ruled out with Jack Grealish ($17) maybe being the best GPP option if the more expensive choices are looked at first.

Raphinha, LEE v. NEW ($20): Bruno Fernandes ($19) is a dollar cheaper and while he is also a strong play, the easier matchup pushes me to Raphinha. The talented Brazilian is leading the Leeds attack this season, topping the team in goals, assists and chances created. He takes the majority of free kicks and corners, which helps with his floor and upside in a home matchup that Leeds are expected to win. Jack Harrison ($16) and Daniel James ($14) are cheaper options if you want more Leeds pieces.

Joao Moutinho , WOL at BRE ($12): I'm recommending Moutinho again, as he's a cheaper option who takes the majority of set pieces and is near the top of the chances created charts for Wolves. It's an away matchup with the lowest-implied total on the slate, so the ceiling isn't great for Moutinho, but his floor from dead-ball opportunities keeps him viable. Daniel Podence ($14) is a higher upside option for Wolves, while Raul Jimenez ($17) is the main goalscoring threat. On the flip side, Mathias Jensen ($8) is the Brentford version of Moutinho, on the majority of set pieces but lacking much open-play inspiration.

DEFENDERS

Pontus Jansson, BRE v. WOL ($11): It's hard to recommend paying up much higher than this at defense due to the attacking options on this slate. Jansson leads the slate in terms of clearances, but the only concern is that this may be a slower-paced game with the lowest-implied total. Still, Wolves should be active going forward, presenting Jansson with plenty of opportunities to get the ball out of his area. Similarly priced options include Jamaal Lascelles ($12), Luke Ayling ($11) and Craig Dawson ($10).

Lyanco, SOU v. MCI ($8): Lyanco is expected to start as a member of Southampton's back line and provides a cheap center-back in a matchup where he's going to be on the back foot a lot. The savings is the main thing as teammates Jan Bednarek ($14) and Mohammed Salisu ($13) are significantly more expensive in the same matchup.

GOALKEEPER

Lukasz Fabianski, WHU at MUN ($7): Fabianski is the second-cheapest goalkeeper in the four-match slate. The veteran is away to Man United and while the implied-goal total is above three in this match, Fabianski feels like a solid bet to produce a strong point total against a United team who remain in a state of disarray. The save upside is higher for Fabianski, but the minuscule implied-goal total between Wolves and Brentford make both Jose Sa ($10) and Jonas Lossl ($9) strong options if you have money to spend.
