FORWARDS

Miguel Almiron, NEW v. BUR ($6,400): Almiron's first start for Newcastle last weekend couldn't have gone any better, as he finished with 12.75 fantasy points in 81 minutes thanks to four shots, including three on goal, five crosses, one foul drawn, one tackle won, one interception and one foul committed in a 2-0 win over Huddersfield. That outing surely earned him another start, and he'll next face a Burnley side that's conceded the most shots, most shots on goal, most chances, second-most crosses, third-most goals and third-most assists this season. Ayoze Perez ($6,800) also dominated Huddersfield, finding the back of the net en route to 21.75 fantasy points, but the Newcastle GPP play remains Salomon Rondon ($8,100), who had a goal and an assist against Huddersfield and has the fifth-best anytime goal scorer odds on the slate. You could also try to play the Burnley hot hand (foot?), with Ashley Barnes ($8,200) coming in with a goal in each of his last four games, taking 14 hots (eight on target) and drawing nine fouls over that span. Then again, Dwight McNeil ($8,900) has been Burnley's best cash-game option, though that price is mighty high for an away underdog with minimal set pieces.

Miguel Almiron, NEW v. Then again, Dwight McNeil ($8,900) has been Burnley's best cash-game option, though that price is mighty high for an away underdog with minimal set pieces.

Gylfi Sigurdsson, EVE at CAR ($9,000): Paying up for Sigurdsson could be popular in cash games because of his matchup and reliability, even if he's far from having a set-piece monopoly. The other issue is that there aren't a plethora of high-floor forwards, which puts even more emphasis on what Sigurdsson can provide through crosses, shots and tackles won. Cardiff actually haven't allowed a higher number of peripheral stats this season, but no team on the slate has conceded more goals or assists. I still want to believe in Richarlison ($7,700), but he failed to take a shot in three of his last four starts and I don't want to have to rely on only fouls drawn and tackles won from a player this expensive.

Pascal Gross, BHA at LEI ($8,300): Gross is an interesting alternative to Sigurdsson, as he has a much bigger role on set pieces and has been really active of late, taking seven shots (two on goal) and sending in 25 crosses in his last two games. The price is a little high for an away underdog, but Gross has reached at least 7.00 floor points in five of his last six games, a span that also saw him score one goal and assist two others. Brighton are well rested after having last weekend off, and while Leicester have generally been good defensively this season, they come into the match after conceding seven goals in their last two Premier League games.

MIDFIELDERS

James Maddison, LEI v. BHA ($8,700): Maddison has the highest floor of any midfielder on the slate, and he's coming off a season-high 23.00 floor points against Crystal Palace on Saturday thanks to nine shots, including one on goal, eight crosses, four fouls drawn and three tackles won. It was his third consecutive Premier League start with at least 11.00 floor points, and his 14 starts with at least 10.00 floor points are the second-most in the Premier League this season, and he's tied for the most starts with at least 8.00 (18 times). Up next is a matchup against a Brighton side that's conceded the second-most shots and third-most crosses while also committing the most fouls this season.

Matt Ritchie, NEW v. BUR ($8,500): Similar to this past Saturday's Premier League slate, Maddison isn't the only midfielder worth paying up for, and again, Ritchie is absolutely in play for cash games because of his floor. He continues to have a significant role on set pieces, though it's possible he loses a few if Ki Sung-yueng ($4,200) gets the start. If he doesn't, Ritchie, who has scored at least 8.50 floor points in six of his past seven Premier League starts, will face a Burnley defense that bleeds peripheral points, as explained above with Almiron. Given the total lack of big teams on the slate, don't hesitate to have multiple Newcastle pieces, with Almiron and Ritchie the easiest of the bunch. But if you really want to go nuts and save money, you could also give a look to Sean Longtaff ($3,800), who has scored at least 4.75 fantasy points in each of his last three starts, with his solid play likely keeping him in the starting XI over Jonjo Shelvey ($4,800), at least for another week.

Joe Ralls, CAR v. EVE ($4,000): For full disclosure, I've actually asked multiple people to stop me from ever rostering Ralls again, and I'm going to put them to the test Tuesday, even with Cardiff decent home underdogs against Everton. The combination of set pieces and low salary continues to bring me back to Ralls, who has scored at least 4.75 floor points in four of his last five starts. His set-piece responsibility will drop considerably if David Junior Hoilett ($6,300, midfielder/forward) starts, but if he doesn't Ralls could be a popular pay-down option in cash games (and on the flip side, Hoilett will be popular if he starts).

DEFENDERS

Lucas Digne, EVE at CAR ($7,300): Digne's price is a bit eye-opening, but he has been the most consistent cash-game option in the Premier League this season. Leading the league in double-digit floor games (15 in 22 starts), Digne is the one who is tied with Maddison for the most floor games of at least 8.00, a level he's surpassed in each of his last seven starts, with his lowest floor output 10.75 over that span. His role on set pieces certainly helps his crosses, but he's also taken multiple shots in six of his last seven starts and will face a Cardiff side that's scored only 16 goals in 17 home games, with the clean sheet firmly in play.

Phil Bardsley, BUR at NEW ($3,700): Bardsley could be the cheapest starting fullback on Tuesday's slate, and while he isn't known for producing lots of fantasy points, he's at least facing a Newcastle side that's conceded the most crosses in the Premier League. It's not a ton to go on, especially since Bardsley has gone five straight games without creating a single chance, but his low salary helps in other spots and it shouldn't take too much to make value. If you're willing to part with the additional salary, teammate Charlie Taylor ($4,100) is a much more attacking player, one who sent in seven crosses and won five fouls in his last three games.

Harry Maguire, LEI v. BHA ($3,600): No defender on the slate has taken more shots than Maguire over the past six games, with his 11 somewhat in line with a number of goal dependent forwards who cost twice as much and don't get any points for clean sheets. Leicester actually have the second-best clean sheet odds on the slate, and they're facing a team that's conceded the second-most shots in the Premier League. Maguire's floor is pretty low, though at his salary you really don't need much.

GOALKEEPER

Neil Etheridge, CAR v. EVE ($4,400): Etheridge is coming off his worst start of the season, as he made just two saves while conceding five goals in a loss to Watford last Friday. However, he has a solid bounce-back opportunity at home against Everton, who have scored just three goals in their last five games, including none in their last two. Their schedule is hardly to blame, as they played Southampton (away), Huddersfield (away), Wolverhampton, Manchester City and Watford (away); not exactly a murders' row outside of Man City. Jonas Lossl ($4,000) is actually the cheapest goalkeeper (and he's at home), but he's facing a Wolves side with 12 goals in their last five games.
