Girdwood-Reich has completed a permanent move from St. Louis CITY SC to Scottish Premiership side Motherwell FC, the club announced.
ANALYSIS
Girdwood-Reich made 23 appearances across all competitions for St. Louis, plus two more for the club's MLS NEXT Pro affiliate, CITY2. He spent time away on loan at Auckland FC earlier this year, helping the club win its first A-League Men Championship. Before arriving in St. Louis, the Australian defender made 45 appearances for Sydney FC, where he won the 2023 Australia Cup and was named to the PFA A-League Team of the Season that year.
