Fifth-rounder per Reuter
Chad Reuter of NFL.com's five-round mock draft has Ott going 167 overall to Houston.
ANALYSIS
Ott had just 68 rushing yards in seven games at Oklahoma in 2025 but was productive at California in 2022 and 2023 prior to the onset of injury issues. He bolstered his draft stock at the Senior Bowl by standing out as a pass blocker, thrusting Ott back into the conversation as an option on Day 3 of the 2026 NFL Draft. Houston seems like a decent fit for Ott considering new Texans lead back David Montgomery is known as an early-down bruiser who doesn't contribute much in passing situations.
