Indians vs. Twins, 6:10 p.m. EDT
Cal Quantrill vs. Andrew Albers
Quantrill has exceeded 17.5 outs (6 innings) in seven out of his last eight starts and eight of his last 10. He has thrived at home during that stretch, going 39 innings with 37 strikeouts, a 1.15 ERA and 0.87 WHIP.
Andrew Albers was called up to take the rotation spot of Randy Dobnak, who has a finger injury. Albers got bombed for nine earned runs and 10 hits in just three innings on Sept. 4.
BET: Quantrill over 17.5 outs (-150) for 1.5 RWBuck
BET: Indians -1.5 runs (+120) for 1 RWBuck
Mets at Marlins, 6:40 p.m. EDT
Marcus Stroman vs. Jesus Luzardo
We did well the other day taking the Marlins run total over 3.5 against Carlos Carrasco. I look for another type of play Thursday. But we will go against the starting pitcher Marcus Stroman.
Stroman has allowed at least two earned runs in seven of his last eight starts. Over their last 17 home games, the Marlins are 10-7 and averaging 4.5 runs per game. While the juice is higher than I would like, the play is very strong and will offset by bumping up to 1.5 units.
BET: Stroman over 1.5 earned runs (-149 BetMGM) for 1.5 RWBucks
Royals at Orioles, 7:05 p.m. EDT
Carlos Hernandez vs. John Means
I have been keeping an eye on Hernandez, and he has been good in his last seven starts. While he does not strike out a ton of batters, his 1.91 ERA and 0.92 WHIP are solid. He has gone at least five innings in every start with five at least six innings. The Orioles have been playing better with a 7-8 record in their last 15 games. They are hitting .286 in their last nine home games. I still like Hernandez to be able to limit the Orioles and go over his total outs prop.
BET: Hernandez over 16.5 outs (-115) for 1 RWBuck
