Hangs tough in decision loss
FeatherweightUFC
April 4, 2026
Ruchala lost to Jose Delano via unanimous decision (26-30, 27-29, 27-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
The UFC hasn't exactly taken it easy with Ruchala. He faced a quality opponent in William Gomis in his UFC debut last September and he went up against a quality prospect in Delano here. In both instances he was competitive, but didn't do enough to win. Ruchala fought better than the numbers would indicate. Delano pulled away a bit late to close with a 107-67 edge in significant strikes landed, but the totality of the bout was nowhere near that lopsided. It ended up not mattering, but Ruchala was also (correctly) docked a point by referee Keith Petersen in Round 3 for a pair of blatant fence grabs which prevented a takedown. A former KSW standout who is still 27 years old, Ruchala probably has some long-term staying power if the company sticks with him.

Scheduled against newcomer
FeatherweightUFC
February 11, 2026
Ruchala is scheduled against Jose Delano in a featherweight fight for UFC Vegas 115 on April 4, according to Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Even though William Gomis dominated Ruchala through three rounds in his UFC debut less than six months ago, the latter will have another shot with the promotion. This time, instead of fight a newcomer, he will take on one in the form of a career 16-3 LFA veteran.
Drops decision in UFC debut
FeatherweightUFC
September 6, 2025
Ruchala lost to William Gomis via unanimous decision (27-30, 28-29, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Paris.
ANALYSIS
Making his UFC debut, Ruchala, a former KSW standout, hung tough for about a round before Gomis began to take over. Ruchala managed to land a pair of takedowns for 4:36 worth of control time, but he did next to nothing with his positional advantage, finishing with just 34 significant strikes landed on 96 attempts. You aren't going to consistently beat guys at this level with that type of low output, especially when you spend so much time in a dominant position. He'll look to rebound his next time out.
UFC debut scheduled

July 9, 2025
Ruchala is scheduled to compete against William Gomis in a featherweight fight at UFC Paris on Sept. 6, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Ruchala is a 27-year-old from Poland and recently signed with the UFC. He is 11-1 with six finishes split evenly between KO/TKOs and submissions. For his debut, he takes on a Frenchman in his home country but one who has logged consecutive decisions that have not moved the needle.
