Alex Barutha: Clint Capela over 31.5 P+R (-120) vs. OKC -- FanDuel, 1:30 PM CT
The Thunder are without Al Horford for this one, meaning OKC's center rotation essentially comes down to Isaiah Roby, Darius Bazley and Mike Muscala. Even accounting for Horford's games, the Thunder allow the most rebounds (48.3) per game in the NBA. The Thunder also allow opponents to shot the third-highest percentage (71.4) at the rim, where Capela thrives. I expect many Trae Young/Capela pick and rolls, not to mention the big man crashing the glass hard.
Nick Whalen: OG Anunoby OVER 5.5 rebounds (-143) vs. Rockets -- DraftKings Sportsbook
This isn't so much a bet on Anunoby -- it's more about targeting the Rockets' rebounding. Houston is by far the worst rebounding team in the league since Christian Wood went down. DeMarcus Cousins wasn't exactly dominant as Wood's replacement, but waiving the veteran didn't help Houston's issues on the glass. Over the last seven games, the Rockets rank dead last in both total rebound and team field goal percentages, so they're missing a ton of shots while also failing to rebound those misses. Pascal Siakam OVER 8.5 rebounds (+100) is also worth considering.
Joe Bartel: Dennis Schroder over 16.5 points (-118) vs. POR - DraftKings Sportsbook 12:41 PM
Sometimes it's as simple as "someone has to score." Schroder's return from a four-game absence will be a welcomed sight for the hemorrhaging Lakers, who are desperately awaiting the return of Anthony Davis. LeBron James tends to get the major usage with Davis out, but given Schroder had what amounts to a week-long rest, I think the fresh legs of the 27-year-old will be able to take advantage of the vulnerable Blazers backcourt.
