Jaros (knee) will return to parent club Liverpool after sustaining a serious knee injury that required surgery, ending his loan spell at Ajax early.
ANALYSIS
Jaros made six Champions League starts across 540 minutes for Ajax before the injury struck in February, saving 18 of 31 shots faced in that competition.
