Alisson started 28 league matches for a second straight season and picked up a second Premier League title. His numbers didn't change too much with a new manager, allowing about a goal per game while keeping nine clean sheets. Arne Slot prefers a more controlled style of play than Jurgen Klopp which could give Alisson the chance to return to double-digit clean sheets if he can stay fit. It's worth noting that this is the first season where Alisson has competition for the top job, with Giorgi Mamardashvili a genuine option in the starting XI if Alisson shows any signs of slipping.
