2025 Fantasy Outlook
Gakpo has steadily improved during his time with Liverpool with 2024/25 being his best en route to 10 goals and four assists. He finished the season as the top choice on the left wing which is where he started, but whether through injury or rotation, he wasn't a lock in every starting XI. Gakpo's biggest step forward in his third season were his chances created (38), likely due to the role on the wing. Gakpo should hold onto the left wing once again, but depending on how the squad shakes out, the biggest question will be minutes. If he can surpass 2,000 minutes and 25 starts, he could near 20 goal contributions and become one of the better fantasy options in the league.
Scores in World Cup elimination
Gakpo recorded one goal on one shot to go along with a cross in Monday's 1-1 (3-4) penalty shootout loss to Morocco.
ANALYSIS
Gakpo would find the back of the net for the Dutch as they captured an early lead Monday before their eventual loss, scoring in the 72nd minute. He would be subbed off before the penalty shootout as he struggled before cramps, likely needed for the shootout after two misses and a save. He ends his World Cup with a decent three goals on six shots and one assist on three chances created, now only one off of tying the all-time Dutch record for World Cup goals with his six.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Tottenham showing interest
Tottenham could make a move for Gakpo in the summer transfer window, according to TalkSPORT.
ANALYSIS
Gakpo's role under Andoni Iraola is a bit uncertain, and it wouldn't be shocking if the Spanish tactician decides to part ways with Munoz, especially after signing Victor Munoz and the emergence of Rio Ngumoha as a legit first-team player. The Spurs are also looking at Savinho, but they would certainly jump at the chance of signing Gakpo if the opportunity arises.
