2025 Fantasy Outlook
Cucurella finally stayed healthy last season, appearing regularly and finishing with a career-best five goals and one assist from 33 starts. He won 45 of his attempted 67 tackles, continuing his defensive effort to go with a little more attacking upside. Left-back is one of the few positions that Chelsea have not gone to the market to freshen up the past couple years and that's because of Cucurella. While known more for his defensive ability, it wouldn't be surprising if his attacking output grew once again in 2025/26.
Bench option

March 4, 2026
Cucurella (hamstring) is on the bench for Wednesday's match against Aston Villa.
ANALYSIS
Cucurella is back in the team after he was signified he was close to a return, back after a three-game absence. With the defender being one of the top left-backs in the league, he will likely look to return to that role after testing his legs Wednesday.
