2026 Fantasy Outlook
After a 2024 season with UC Davis in which Larison set a school record with 2,387 all-purpose yards, including 1,465 on the ground and 847 as a receiver, while scoring 23 total TDs, the 5-11, 209-pounder signed with the Patriots as a UDFA, but he subsequently landed on IR in August due to a broken foot. Now that he's past the issue, Larison is poised to compete for depth slotting behind top RBs Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson, with early reports out of OTAs indicating that the 24-year-old has a real chance to claim the team's No. 3 job. ANALYSIS
The running back suffered a season-ending foot injury during an August preseason game last year, but he appears to be healthy now. Per Weller, at this stage of the offseason, Larison seems to be leading the competition for the third running back spot behind Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson. Jam Miller, Myles Montgomery and Terrell Jennings are also part of that competition.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could be New England's RB3
Graham Walker of MusketFire.com relays that Larison has been taking snaps as the third running back behind TreVeyon Henderson and Rhamondre Stevenson in OTAs.
ANALYSIS
Larison has been getting reps ahead of both Terrell Jennings and Jam Miller, and the trio will all compete against each other in training camp for the RB3 spot behind Henderson and Stevenson. Larison joined the Patriots in April of 2025 as an undrafted free agent after a strong 2024 collegiate season at UC Davis, but he spent his entire rookie campaign on injured reserve due to a foot injury he sustained in the preseason. If he does make the 53-man roster, Larison's clearest path to playing time would be on special teams.
