2025 Fantasy Outlook
Henry showed a promising connection with Drake Maye during the 2024 third overall pick’s rookie season. In 11 games together after Maye took over as the starter, Henry averaged 44.9 receiving yards on 6.5 targets. The 30-year-old tight end scored only two touchdowns, however, suffering from New England’s poor overall play and lack of scoring opportunities. With the Patriots signaling a desire to be more competitive in 2025 based on a busy offseason that has included the addition of WR Stefon Diggs, Henry could benefit from some positive regression closer to his career average of five touchdowns per season. The downside is that Diggs may eclipse Henry as the team’s go-to pass catcher, after the tight end led New England in targets (97) and receiving yards (674) last season, both of which were also career highs. Five catches in Week 18 win
Henry brought in all five targets for 56 yards in the Patriots' 38-10 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Henry led the Patriots across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets in the season finale, earning a $250,000 incentive in his contract in the process by getting to the 60-catch threshold for the season. The veteran tight end displayed excellent rapport with second-year breakout signal-caller Drake Maye throughout the 2025 campaign, allowing Henry to amass a career-high 768 receiving yards and also post seven touchdowns over 17 games. Henry should remain one of Maye's favorite targets during the upcoming postseason, beginning with next weekend's home matchup against the Chargers in the wild-card round.

Henry’s 419 receiving yards in 2023 were a career low, but he tied for second among tight ends with six touchdown catches while playing in a Patriots offense that had a league-low 16 passing touchdowns. Henry scored on five of his six red-zone targets, accounting for 15 percent of New England's chances inside the 20 and 38.4 percent of the TDs. Even after missing the final three games of 2023 due to a knee injury, Henry wasn’t too far from his career averages of 550 yards and 5.4 touchdowns per season. The 29-year-old tight end inked a three-year extension with the Patriots in March, seven weeks before the team drafted quarterback Drake Maye third overall. There's still some competition for TE routes with Austin Hooper replacing Mike Gesicki in a depth role, but Maye gives Henry and the rest the passing game at least a shred of hope after last year's abysmal squad failed to get anyone to 600 receiving yards.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Needs five catches for bonus
Henry needs five receptions against the Dolphins on Sunday to reach 60 for the season and receive a $250,000 bonus, Zak Koeppel of NFL.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Henry has caught at least five catches in just three of 16 regular-season games, but he's reached that threshold in two of his last five outings. The Patriots are facing a Dolphins defense that has allowed the third-most receptions to tight ends this year, and there shouldn't be too much of a concern over New England resting its starters as it battles for the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Even if he doesn't reach his incentive, Henry has put together a strong 2025 campaign, with his 712 receiving yards marking a career high for the 2016 second-rounder out of Arkansas.
