2025 Fantasy Outlook
Flott started 10 of the 14 games in which he appeared last year and racked up a career-high seven pass defenses, including one interception, and 53 tackles. However, the 2022 third-round pick isn't guaranteed a starting role in 2025 after the Giants signed Paulson Adebo in free agency. Flott and Deonte Banks figure to compete for the second starting cornerback role opposite Adebo throughout training camp. Read Past Outlooks
Placed on IR
Flott (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Flott had already been ruled out for Sunday's season finale against the Cowboys, so this move was just a formality. He tallied 38 total tackles with one interception and one forced fumble across 14 games in 2025.

2023
Flott grew into a larger role in 2023, his second NFL campaign, and appears set to move into a starting position at cornerback opposite Deonte Banks in 2024. While Flott played largely in the slot in his first two NFL seasons, he could thrive with the move to the outside, as it could play up to his speed and agility while reducing his need to work as a run defender, which has so far been a weakness. Flott is still relatively unproven, however, so he could be on a short leash if he struggles early.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Free agency looming
Flott is having a breakout season, setting the Giants up with a tough decision as he heads to free agency this winter, Jordan Raanan of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Flott has set a career high in defensive snaps and pass breakups through only 12 games in 2025. After being a part-time player through the first three years of his career, Flott has earned a starting role as an outside corner and has allowed only a 55.4 percent completion rate, per NFL Next Gen Stats. He's in the final year of his rookie contract, and Raanan suggests Flott could be seeking around $18 million per year on the open market this spring.
