2026 Fantasy Outlook
Young represents Cincinnati's latest half-hearted attempt at bringing in competition for No. 3 receiver Andrei Iosivas, whose limitations become clear whenever Tee Higgins or Ja'Marr Chase misses time. At 6-foot-5, 218, the rookie out of Georgia will be another big body in a WR room full of them. Young never reached 500 yards in season across four years at Miami and Georgia, where he was routinely outproduced by other mid/late-round prospects like Will Mallory (2022), Xavier Restrepo (2023), Arian Smith (2024) and Zachariah Branch (2025). Young ran a 4.49 40 at the Combine, which is good for his size, but he skipped most of the other pre-draft workouts and doesn't have age (24 in July) working in his favor. Read Past Outlooks
Strong minicamp impression
Young made a strong impression in the Bengals' recently concluded minicamp, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
After the Bengals swung and missed on Jermaine Burton in the draft two years ago, they've been lacking a solid No. 3 wide receiver to replace Tyler Boyd. They're hopeful that Young, their fourth-round pick from Georgia, can help fill that void.

Turning heads early in career
Young, whom the Bengals selected out of Georgia in the fourth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, has made a strong early impression this offseason, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Young brings outstanding size at 6-foot-5 and 218 pounds, dimensions complemented by a speed component evidenced by his 4.49 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine. Young may be a longshot to overtake incumbent Andrei Iosivas for the No. 3 role before Week 1, but new offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher sees the potential for early rookie-season contributions. "I think he's going to fight and battle," Pitcher said. "He's a young player, but there are things that I think he can do quickly and help us."
