2026 Fantasy Outlook
Ridley accepted a pay cut this offseason, setting him up to stick around with the Titans for Year 3 of what was originally a four-year, $92 million contract. He still has a sizable guarantee ($12.5 million) this year, entering his age-31/32 season under a new coaching staff led by Robert Saleh and OC Brian Daboll. The Titans also added two new wide receivers of note, drafting Carnell Tate fourth overall after inking Wan'Dale Robinson to a four-year deal. With second-year pros Chimere Dike and Elic Ayomanor also candidates for playing time, Ridley is unlikely to see a large number of targets even if he technically remains a starter. Before he can do anything else, Ridley will need to prove that he's back at full strength after suffering a fractured fibula last season. Read Past Outlooks

Not practicing at OTAs
Ridley (fibula) is not practicing at OTAs this week, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Ridley suffered a season-ending broken fibula in the Titans' Week 11 loss to the Texans last November and is still working his way back. The 31-year-old has gotten by on pure volume in his three seasons since serving a season-long gambling suspension in 2022, but the Titans have added significant target competition this offseason in the form of slot man Wan'Dale Robinson and No. 4 overall pick Carnell Tate. Now on the wrong side of 30 and playing under a new coaching staff that didn't sign him, Ridley could easily finish third on the team in opportunities behind both Robinson and Tate. He's not a particularly exciting fantasy target for 2026.

Ridley is coming off back-to-back seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards and no missed games, but his other counting stats took a hit with the move from Jacksonville to Tennessee, losing four TDs, 12 catches and 16 targets from 2023 to 2024. He was both the deep threat and the lead target for a miserable Titans offense, recording a career-high 15.3 aDOT and a career-low 53.3 percent catch rate. Now 30 years old, Ridley hasn't recaptured his peak form since missing all of 2022 for a gambling suspension, but he was nonetheless one of the few bright spots for Tennessee last year after a rough start to the season, averaging 4.6 catches for 73.0 yards from Week 7 on (with a 59.1 percent catch rate and 9.1 YPT). He's back for the second season of a four-year, $92 million contract, and still playing under coach Brian Callahan without much competition for playing time or targets. The Titans are counting on No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward to be the big difference between 2024 and 2025 for an offense that otherwise added two veteran starters on the offensive line (LT Dan Moore, RG Kevin Zeitler) while settling for Van Jefferson and 32-year-old Tyler Lockett as "upgrades" at wide receiver. The combination of better blocking and minimal target competition is good news for Ridley's fantasy production, although Ward's success (or lack thereof) ultimately will matter more.

Team brass talks up importance
Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi recently noted how important it was to keep Ridley, who finished last season dealing with a lower leg injury, on the roster for the 2026 campaign, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Ridley was thought to be a potential cut candidate when the 2025 regular season concluded, but the Titans and the veteran receiver were able to agree to a restructured contract earlier this offseason. The 2018 first-round pick of the Falcons played in only seven games last season before being placed on injured reserve in mid-November, but he was a 1,000-yard receiver in his Titans debut campaign in 2024. Ridley also took 2025 No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward under his wing, something that wasn't lost on Borgonzi. "I thought Calvin was great for Cam, and great in that room in general for the young guys, even for the offseason," Borgonzi said. "He's a veteran guy who has played the position at a high level in the league ... We are excited about having Rid back for us this year."
