Acuff announced Wednesday during an appearance on ESPN's "NBA Today" that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Arkansas to enter the 2026 NBA Draft.

To little surprise, the star freshman will set his sights on the NBA after a dazzling season with Arkansas in which he averaged 23.5 points, 6.4 assists and 3.1 rebounds in 35.2 minutes per game while shooting 48.4 percent from the field and 44 percent from downtown. Though Acuff is regarded as a below-average defender, the playmaking and scoring skills he displayed as an offensive hub for Arkansas in 2025-26 should be enough for him to be a lottery selection in the draft.
