Jared Young News: Idle for nightcap

Young is out of the lineup for the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader with the Cubs.

With lefty Shota Imanaga taking the hill for Chicago in the second game of the day, the left-handed-hitting Young will cede first base to Mark Vientos. Young went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run in the Mets' 10-3 loss in the first game of the day.
