Coby Mayo News: Day off Tuesday
Mayo is not in the starting lineup Tuesday against the Mariners, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Mayo will take a seat for another contest, making it four of the last six that he has not been in the starting lineup. Blaze Alexander appears to have supplanted him in the pecking order at third base, starting at the hot corner and batting eighth in the series opener versus Seattle.
